With my Monday Zoom update, every time I use Zoom now it crashes my wifi. I've done all the checks on my service and my modem. This is a Zoom issue. When you Google it...other's have had the same issue. How can I fix this????? Can't get through to hu... Show more

With my Monday Zoom update, every time I use Zoom now it crashes my wifi.  I've done all the checks on my service and my modem.  This is a Zoom issue. When you Google it...other's have had the same issue. How can I fix this?????  Can't get through to human at Zoom for help.  So frustrating.

Resolved! Cannot found the alternative hosts setting field with my Basic account

Dear All,

 

I've searching many articles and web and followed those steps, I still can't found that field to set "alternative hosts" unfortunately.  Did anyone have solution/suggestion?

Zoom routed the call through the state of GEORGIA in USSR.

Now I have a bill of $144 with my  mobile service.

 

The mobile service gave me a credit of $48., but zoom owes me the rest.

How do I collect?

I am due to have a meeting using a zoom link provided by an educational institution.

I can only join from my Android Pixel phone on which unfortunately I can't download the zoom app (long story).

I noticed that by clicking the link I am immediately redirected to a page where I am being asked to download the zoom app in order to access.

 

Is there no other way to access a zoom meeting link from a mobile phone?

This is very limiting.

Me and my friends are running tutoring sessions using zoom and recently found through the recording that my video is showing inside the powerpoint that i am sharing. Is it a bug or is it something related to my zoom setting? I have already updated to the latest version v.5.9.0 and it's still happening.

 

If you look at the attachment, it's supposed to be showing like image (1). Please help. Thank you!

I am having an issue where zoom tells me "Waiting for the host to start this meeting" but the meeting has already been started by the host. I've tried rejoining, joining from browser without the link, joining from the app without the link, and none of it has worked. This is the second time this has happened in the span of two weeks, during which I've tried to join a total of 6 meetings. I've been locked completely out of 2 of them because of this. Any way to fix this?
