I just want to share my expierence with something very simple that took me hours to solve. So I hope the developers that look at all our user tools and settings can make this better.

I needed to connect the sound of the meeting to a Bluetooth speaker. 

It took me 3 hours to find out, so of course I missed the meeting.

I asked your chatbot: where can I find the audio settings?

Chatbot answer: I did not understand the question.

I got not one answer from the chat bot.

Bing was better, said I had to click the 'gear icon of settings' and that I could find this if I clicked on my profile.

My profile was nowhere .

After 2 hours of browsing I found out that I could do a test meeting. There I found out that your audio settings are hidden under the microphone icon.

My suggestions: 1. replace that microphone icon for a normal sound icon. Or name it audio in/out.

2. Work on your chatbot, it understands not even the simplest of questions.

3. Make sure that as soon as somebody typs in 'audio settings' in your help- or searchfunctions, that you give this very simple answer : click the microphone icon in your meeting.

Don t start giving all complicated advices about communities, licenses, terms and guidelines, membership, buying and signing in possibilities, and who knows what.

It s very simple but you made it incredibly complicated and I missed 2 meetings because of this lack of giving a practical answers to a very simple question.

I help my company to register a Zoom account to let my company use. However, when i finish the payment, i find that I had refister the wrong email address, now I cannot log in to the account to do any things. I tried to call the sale to help and send an email but no any reply. What can I do Now?

I had a job interview, but I was unable to participate in the meeting using the Zoom application I logged in with my Google account. When I entered my passcode, an error message appeared saying "The passcode is incorrect." If anyone has encountered a similar situation or knows how to deal with it, please let me know.

I am currently using version 5.16.2 (23409)

I got the banner saying that I should update, to 5.16.10

I clicked the link, see the popup with details about the update, click on install, and get "Unable to install updates:  Error code 10001"

I can't find out what this error code means, it's not listed anywhere on this forum or through a more general web search.

Currently, Zoom offers solutions for live translation through human interpreters, which, while invaluable, may not always be accessible or feasible for all meetings, especially those that are impromptu or have budget constraints. This is where the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) can make a monumental difference.

I propose the integration of an AI-powered translation feature within Zoom, similar to the capabilities of Google Translate, to provide real-time, on-the-fly translation of spoken language. This feature could work in several ways:

1. Subtitle Translation: Automatically generating subtitles in a participant's chosen language, allowing them to read what is being said in real time.
2. Audio Translation: An advanced feature where the AI translates and synthesizes speech in the participant's chosen language, enabling them to hear the translation through their headphones.
3. Chat Translation: Automatically translating written messages in the Zoom chat, making written communication seamless across languages.

The benefits of integrating such technology would be profound:

• Inclusivity: Ensuring all participants, regardless of their native language, can fully engage and contribute to meetings.
• Accessibility: Making international collaboration easier and more effective, breaking down language barriers that might hinder innovation and cooperation.
• Efficiency: Reducing the need for meetings to be conducted solely in English or the necessity of hiring human interpreters for every multilingual meeting.

Implementing AI-powered translation would be a step towards a more inclusive, accessible, and efficient communication platform, truly embodying the spirit of bringing the world closer together.

I believe this feature could revolutionize the way we conduct international meetings and webinars on Zoom, fostering a more inclusive environment where everyone has a voice, regardless of the language they speak.

We use Outlook with Zoom plugin.

I have a couple of recurring meeting invites from other staff. They disappear from Zoom Meetings on the day of. For example, the recurring meeting is set on Mondays weekly. Before each Monday, I can see the meeting on the following Mondays in my Zoom, then on Monday of the week, it disappears, but I can still see the meeting on the  Monday in following future weeks in Zoom.

This doesn't happen for the meetings I set up and doesn't happen for the one-time meeting.

I already disconnect and reconnect my outlook calendar with Zoom multiple times. not helping.
