My meetings suddenly started requiring passcodes, and I noticed that at the user level, the setting says "Locked by admin."

 

On the account level I saw a message stating that I need to have at least one security feature, including a Waiting Room. So, I turned on the Waiting Room, but am still unable to turn off the requirement for Meeting Passcode, at the admin level.

Hello! I use a Logitech camera. While I'm on a meeting the camera appears in great focus, good detail, and everything is fine. But, after a download a recorded meeting, the video of me gets blurry, then into focus sometimes, but for the most part, blurry. I already did troubleshooting with Logitech customer service and it seems the camera is fine. Does anyone else have this issue?

I need to record myself carrying out a treatment as part of my course, however I don't have a record button on my zoom dashboard, I've enabled local recording, and still no option to record! 

I'm at my wits end here trying to figure it out, and I'm getting nowhere.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thankyou 😊

Ok I know this is an ongoing issue.  But there is a large community of us that use Snap Camera and its new program to do gaming and other interactions. Zoom has intermittently fixed an issue with zoom not recognizing Snap camera. Does anyone know a work around?

Recording sounds garbled, post editing

I recorded a zoom and it sounded fine when I trimmed it a week ago. Went back today and played it, it sounds garbled, like it is playing on multiple screens but there are no other versions of it open that I can find. The sound continues after I pause... Show more

I recorded a zoom and it sounded fine when I trimmed it a week ago. Went back today and played it, it sounds garbled, like it is playing on multiple screens but there are no other versions of it open that I can find. The sound continues after I pause the playback. This is affecting ALL 6 of the recordings I have done in the past month. All sounded fine when I checked them prior to sharing the link. Is this a technical issue with Zoom? Can someone help me?

How do you share your screen and broadcast your video simultaneously from a mobile device without the thumbnail of the other participant's video floating over top your mobile device screen? The meeting participants can't see my full device screen because the thumbnail is in the way. Whenever I shift that thumbnail out of view, the camera stops broadcasting my video. Is there a way to transmit both simultaneously from the mobile device without using a separate web camera?

Recorded Program Not Playing On My Phone

I use Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. 

I have always recorded on zoom and did playbackhon my phone without difficulty. But since last week 7th of June, the playback has been impossible. Meanwhile, it plays seamlessly on other devices.  The message I receive is:

 

"The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser

did not support."

 

I guess it may have to do with my phone's settings.

I am unable to get the Zoom client app to load on my Windows desktop computer. When I click the app icon the loading "circle" appears for about a second and then disappears. Nothing happens. I have deleted and reloaded it a couple times and rebooted ... Show more

I am unable to get the Zoom client app to load on my Windows desktop computer.  When I click the app icon the loading "circle" appears for about a second and then disappears.  Nothing happens.  I have deleted and reloaded it a couple times and rebooted my computer, but it has not corrected the problem.  I have been connecting via the browser but have meetings next week that I would like to use the Zoom Client App.    It has been this way for several months and seemed to be connected with a Zoom software update.  I also recently went from a paid subscription to a free subscription so don't know if this might be related.    Any suggestions?
