Inability to connect

Have had an account for years but today was unable to join a meeting. Zoom desktop icon also stopped working. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling - Nothing. Tried using CleanZoom to uninstall but it freezes - says it's uninstalling but nothing happens. I still have an account but nothing I've downloaded allows me to link to the application. I'm Windows based, but using version 10. Any help is appreciated.

Hi @johng2 

Kindly go to the "Processes" tab in Task Manager , and end any processes related to Zoom.
Then try reinstalling Zoom again
