will the cloud recording that was recorded before payment cloud storage be displayed in my account?

Does anybody know, if I will pay for cloud storage, will the cloud recording that was recorded before payment be displayed in my account?

I'm really upset.

We had a call with a colleague, but the recording button disappeared - there was only a cloud recording function. I don’t even know what it is - I put it on recording, but the recording was not converted when the conference ended.

Hi @demmm 

If you recorded meetings before paying for a Zoom plan that lets you save recordings in the cloud, you might not be able to see those recordings in your Zoom account until you upgrade to a plan that has cloud storage.
