Resolved! camera overlap screen share

Hello, I have my record setting to save only the screen sharing with active mic and i see the reecording the webcam/videocamera i overlapping the shared content. It never did that before.

Is there a definition that i should put?

A simple question, but apparently a difficult answer is hard to find. My network of business associates often share propriotary information that they would prefer were discussed in what is usually understood as private between the invited parties. 

However, many of them have said, if they new the discussion was being cited in a written form of recording, they would be concerned with being misunderstood at times. 

 

I have said I will stop the recording of select conversations, but for the life of me, I cannot find an on-off switch here on Zoom. Is there such a thing and if so, how do I find it. Help>support>AI>prayer>=nothing works...

Where is my thread?

I just started a new thread. In "My account" --> "community profile" I can see Posts: 1

 

But I just cannot find it again in the forums or a link in my profile.

Even if I search for "slows down" my thread is not shown.

Reuse same link for multiple meetings

I have multiple meetings with the same group of people at various times. For simplicity, they would like me to give them one URL they can use for all the meetings. What's the best way to do that? Can they use my Personal Meeting ID under Profile / Me... Show more

Web会議で実現可能か確認したいです。

ZoomのWeb会議を設定し、招待状を作成して、招待相手に情報を送付するのですが、携帯からアクセスする場合、アプリのインストールを求められます。招待状を受け取る方が、アプリのインストールを拒否されており、Webブラウザからの起動ができないかと考えています。招待する側のライセンスを無償から有償に切り替えれば、招待を受ける側は、アプリのインストールをせずにWeb会議をすることは可能でしょうか?ライセンスを切り替えても無理なら、アプリインストールを再度お願いしてみるのですが。。。何か手があれば教えてく... Show more

How can we ensure that the navigation tabs that we use to navigate in Zoom and the chat box does not block the presentation screen in meeting mode?? It creates a black box when viewers see the screen

Why did my Basic meeting terminate with 7 minutes still remaining on my countdown?

I have a Basic account, and host a scheduled weekly meeting. Anyone with the link can join. No waiting room. This week, the meeting terminated unexpectedly early - there was about 7 minutes remaining on MY countdown timer. I got the big 'Need more ti... Show more

I have a Basic account, and host a scheduled weekly meeting. Anyone with the link can join. No waiting room. This week, the meeting terminated unexpectedly early - there was about 7 minutes remaining on MY countdown timer. I got the big 'Need more time?' popup message at the usual time - around 30 minutes in. I suspect that it was because someone entered the meeting 10 minutes early, then left the meeting early (that was the only difference I know of compared to other meetings that lasted 40 minutes).  Oh, and this week I dismissed the popup message (I usually just leave it there). There were no noticeable connection issues. Can someone shed any light on this, specifically what should I do to ensure I get the full 40 minutes? Should I perhaps use the waiting room to prevent people from joining early and starting the timer? Thank you in advance for any helpful hints!

Resolved! Modifying default invitation text

When I upgraded to Workplace Pro last September, I was able to modify the default invitation text. Now, I can't seem to find where to do that. Has this option been taken away?
