Meeting problem
I set up regular meeting and now it's not there anymore. I have to subscribe with the link which I sent to the participants. I cannot open it from my account. Before it always was possible.

I just held a meeting with a client for about an hour. I definitely clicked record and we both heard the " this meeting is being recorded" But it is not in my cloud or on the computer. Can any one give me advice on how to recover it? Where it might be or what might have happened? Cos I can't get any help from Zoom. I have a paid account

Whenever I am in a group meeting and I share my screen, everyone else cannot see any changes I am making to my screen. Nobody else has these problems and I cannot find any way to get around the problem. If I stop sharing and restart, or if I issue a Zoom command (including just switching the "sharing" status bar between top and bottom), everyone gets refreshed, but I cannot continuously do that with every word I type. I am using the latest PC app but it also occurs if I stay on the browser. It happens whether I am sharing the application window or my whole screen. It happens with any application, including OS windows like Explorer. However, I cannot ask for official support for this because I am still using Windows 8.1 and cannot change. (But this has been happening for years, even when 8.1 was still supported, and I am now needing this feature more than ever.) I have three monitors and am sharing only one of them. I have changed my "Share Screen" settings to include "Share all windows from an application", but it has the same problem with or without that setting. What other information can I provide that might seem to be pertinent? Does anyone have any ideas of something I might try?

I use Hubspot to schedule meetings and a link that I have used 100 times before for a simple meeting not a webinar created a meeting that required registration which caused friction and wouldn't let my notetaker in. Help!
. . . Win10/64 build 19043 As the Statistics tab shows, opening the Zoom app skyrockets CPU usage to 100% causing crashes, as also noted here. Also here, and here. Oh, and, here. Rather than just refer users to your help desk, it might be more helpful to discuss issues here, so that other people experiencing the same issue can implement any suggested changes? thanks, jason AV: Windows Security centre Malware: Malwarebytes, HitmanPro (on demand only) Win10 updates: all applicable + sfc/dism checks . . .

When hosting meeting, i was able to allow a participant to co host, now i do not have that facility to allow co hosting, how do i bring it back
Hi, In the past few weeks, within the first 5 mins of most Zoom sessions I'm hosting, the connection cuts out (despite both my own and my clients' internet connection being totally fine). Initially it just glitches and the video freezes, and then connection is lost. I've taken to exiting the session and re-starting it, and am asked if I want to 'reclaim host', which I do. Then there are two of 'me' (as in, one with just my name and video off) in the space with my client for a few mins, until the other 'me' disappears. Has anyone else experienced this / has a solution? It's quite disruptive to sessions! Beth
Thanks,

I have downloaded a photo, but it doesn't show when I'm in a zoom call and stop my camera...just my name shows.
I begin by apologizing for using the "Meetings" location for this post because the issue I wish to raise does not fit neatly into any of the listed Locations. Specifically, even though I have a meeting ID and passcode for a tw-day meeting later in 2025, I cannot find reference to that meeting on either my zoom app or in my Zoom schedule on the Zoom web site. Why and how can this be resolved/avoided?

Is there any information on when we can expect the iOS Zoom app icon to be updated to support the new dark mode for icons that launched in iOS 18? At this point it is one of only two apps left on my entire phone that haven’t updated their icons. For such low hanging fruit, I wouldn’t have thought it would take this long.
