  • 有料会員(プロ)ですが、ミーティング中の統計情報の「ビデオ」の解像度は送信/受信両方とも640x360と表示されています。高画質で配信したいので720にしたいです。有料会員のプロだと720で配信できるはずかとおもうのですが、設定が必要なのでしょうか?(ミーティングHDビデオ品質は選択されています)

We always have the problem with Zoom meetings that the menu bars and display of the waiting room in the speaker's view appear as a black bar in the participants' view, overlaying the image and not displaying important content correctly. The speaker is appointed as CO-Host. How to fix this error?

Hey there, i would love to use the translation option but in "Settings" -> "In Meetings (Advanced)" where these toggle is supposed to be, i can only the the toggle for "automated subtitles" but nothing with translation. 

Does anyone has an answer to this?

There is currently no way to use emojis in Zoom on the latest linux Mint. The emojis menu has a download updated emojis button which doesn’t appear to do anything.

Sharing a window or an app with Samsung Galaxy Dex at Samsung Galaxy Tab s9+

Is there any way where we can share a window (in samsung Dex mode) while another app is also open so that the Powerpoint (in slideshow) can be seen while the other app is open for monitoring of messages (like messenger or whatsapp)?

Deleting Cloud Recording as a Basic User

I used to be a Zoom Pro User but I have changed to be a Basic User as I'm not using Zoom as much as I used to. I have some recordings on the Cloud and I would like to delete them but I can't get access to the page of Recordings. It says "You have not... Show more

I used to be a Zoom Pro User but I have changed to be a Basic User as I'm not using Zoom as much as I used to. I have some recordings on the Cloud and I would like to delete them but I can't get access to the page of Recordings. It says "You have not enabled the Cloud Recorder. (200)". 

 

I tried terminating my account also but I wasn't able to do it. Can someone help here? Thanks!

I am trying to find find a recording in the Cloud I did during a meeting.

As I was invited to the meeting, I jonied via the link provided and so I didn't log into my account. I pressed record on my end after asking permission and it said it would be saved to the cloud. I have tried to find the recording but cant find it on my page at the Web. I have a for free user subscription and have looked everywhere and read the help articles but they haven't helped. Does anyone know how I might find the recording?
