I'm wondering is there a way to set the contents of the registration confirmation email in the meeting template?
I would like to send a confirmation email with content that I want to say, not the basic email content created by ZOOM.
Hello, We use a device called "Clickhare" to send our video from our computer to a projector. We have used this with Zoom for the past 2 years with no issues. Starting on Monday, when using this setup, any time that content (word doc, ppt, etc) is shared, this causes the video in Zoom to freeze IF the Clickshare is in use. The clickshare hardware has not changed, nor has the pc that we use. So not sure if Zoom change is causing the video issue. We have made sure that we are on the most current version of Zoom, and the PC has all of the current Windows updates. Any thought on why this new behavior is happening? We have already tried turning off hardware acceleration for incoming video, but that didn't help .

In recent weeks I've had an issue where some of the audio I'm piping into a Zoom meeting via Audio HIjack Pro sounds - both to the people on the call as well as on the Zoom recording - like it is underwater. But it's only the piped in audio (eg pre-recorded clips). The normal mic audio sounds fine. But here's the weird thing. 1. It doesn't happen 100% of the time. I've run tests where it hasn't happened. Then it will happen during a call. 2. In addition to recording calls (for podcast) using Zoom's built-in recorder, I also record a backup copy using Audio Hijack. It records the audio coming out of the Zoom audio feed. And the underwater sound doesn't appear on THOSE recordings. So I can't figure it out. I've attached screenshots of my Audio HIjack setup. AH1 is the setup that goes into Zoom. AH2 is the backup recording setup. If anyone has any ideas what might be happening, I'd appreciate it. I tried to connect as host to allow a Vietnam veteran to attend a meeting of Vietnam veterans by zoom. I had a link that had been used before for this purpose and was still viable for more meetings. I tested my connection for my laptop at home with my phone's hotspot and was recognized by zoom and connected to the site that showed the meetings I scheduled and so on. I went to the meeting, connected to zoom and clicked the "start" for the meeting and got nothing but buffering. I clicked launch with no effect. I tried my phone and got a brief message about another meeting being active from about two months ago but could not connect to the current scheduled meeting. Chat was worthless and I had to give up. I have gone in to the site and deleted my schedule meetings for the Vietnam veterans group and the other group that was shown to be an active meeting even though it ended months ago. I will reschedule the Vietnam meetings with a new link. Any other ideas about what went wrong and how to correct it? Any help would be appreciated as I get none from Zoom.

When I send emails with a Zoom meeting link to multiple people with various email addresses, those with @Sympatico.ca addresses do not receive my emails. (@sympatico.ca is a Bell Canada email system.)
Hello,
I'm trying to log into a different room and every time I try it signs me into my room. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks,
Anthony
I own a Pro License. There are only 2 users on my account - myself as the license owner, and my wife as a basic user. Previously when I am not using Zoom, I was able to assign my license to my wife to host meetings extending more than 40 minutes. However, lately when I assign the license to her (and I become a basic user) she is only able to host meetings lasting only 40 minutes. Why is this so? I think it is unfair and uncompetitive for Zoom to expect me to purchase another license for my wife to use my Zoom account to organize a meeting, especially when we are not concurrently holding meetings on Zoom at the same time. We also never hold meetings involving up to 50 people at a time. I look forward to your response

How to stop zoom from adding auto generated boxes into my emails every time I past meeting links? The text starts with: Zoom is the leader in modern enterprise video ... I know there is a way to close it out before sending emails but I don't want to be doing it every time. I just don't want that box to show up anymore.
