Hi folks, A customer of mine from San Francisco is unable to join my personal room, regardless of what device is joined on, and unmute or turn on the video. A tablet, and two laptops of theirs all join my personal room and remain muted and video-off despite efforts. They can join on their phone just fine, though. Is this a me problem? Is this a them problem? Is this a wifi problem or internet provider problem? Any guidance would be appreciated!

I was due to host a meeting with prospective clients earlier in my personal Zoom Room from my Pro account. However, when I tried to access the room from my MacBook Air, the following message popped up and I couldn't get into the room: "The application "zoom.us" is not open anymore." I ended up joining my clients in my Zoom Room from my i-phone. I've just checked again and it's still an issue and I get the same message when I try and join other rooms that I have set up. Any thoughts about how to fix this? Thanks, Caroline

Online resources instructing me how to enable captioning Zoom sessions point to: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4409683389709-Enabling-manual-captions but its Step #3 says to click a "Meeting" tab with a "In Meeting (Advanced)" option. I have searched and found no such tab and option. Has Zoom possibly upgraded without the instruction being updated?

About half of my reoccurring meetings just suddenly GONE from my meetings list. They are not expired. They are just not showing up on my list of meetings. I'm an avid user of Zoom. I use it all the time and know how to schedule and operate the platform. This has never happened, and I'm kind of freaked out. I just lost over half of my scheduled meetings. I've updated my Zoom and this did not help. Please help, this is not good!

Is it possible to change the order of the buttons in a meeting?
For example, I would like to move chat button near participants button, and the apps bottom at the end. So if I resize the window I can always see the chat button directly on the screen.
Hi there! We recently extended a recurring meeting into 2024. In the past year, it looks like the three of us who were hosts were never formally invited because we are schedulers for an account. This year, when we extended the meeting, I added the three of us as hosts, two of us got notifications and the third (whom I noticed wasn't registered for the meeting) did not. We removed her as a host, however, she is unable to register (as it notes an error and that she is a host). Without completely deleting the event, is there a way we can get her notification email regenerated?

Hello Community, I would like to organise professional zoom meetings (on-line yoga classes) from my I-pad Air. It is a recent IPad I bought earlier this year. I would like to know how I could share the sound of my IPad in that meeting, mainly to play music from Deezer / Spotify during the classes and give my students a good audio experience during the class. I know there is the « share screen » option, and then « share audio » in the advanced options, from a laptop computer. However, I cannot find these options on the mobile zoom App on my IPad. I would be very grateful, if anyone could help me on this topic. Many thanks !
