Two licensed users were attempting to host a meeting, but zoom kept kicking one of us off saying we couldn't both be hosting simultaneously. How can I rectify this?

Hello and thank you in advance for any help. I can't update Zoom and the desktop app has disappeared and I can't log in. The the application still exists in downloads. I try to download, Zoom starts installing, then the install window disappears before it's finished. I'm running Windows 7. Thanks again!

Using a Macbook Pro m2 and Office 365 - Loopback audio installed for when I do screen recordings. When trying to play a video embedded in a PowerPoint deck, the audio is not heard - by me or the attendee, it's broken and bitty, I can hear something playing but it's inaudible. If you stop the share, you can clearly hear the video through the mac speakers. When trying to share a song via the Spotify app and the ADVANCED share tab - share audio - the song is bitty and inaudible. If you stop the share, you can clearly hear the track through the mac speakers. It can't be just me, I know some of you out there have issues, I don't mean the personal ones, lets stay zoom instead of running a therapy session 🙂 If you share - using ADVANCED - VIDEO file - it plays and shares ok. If you share SCREEN - play a file from Vimeo - the audio is heard. This problem has only occurred in the last few weeks. I am losing the will to live....

Hi All- When I schedule a meeting from my corporate Zoom account and invite other people to attend the meeting, when they accept my invitation, the acceptance email notification goes to my Gmail and not to my corporate email. My corporate email is the email associated with my Zoom account. I don't understand why meeting acceptance notifications are going to my gmail account when that's not even listed on my Zoom account. Anyone? Thanks!

Please let me know if I can either download an older version of zoom and not workplace or is there a way where I can see my documents that I am sharing. I used to see all the opened files. Now when I share a a document or go on google only the icons are showing and. I now have to just pick and choose a pdf and hope it is the one I want to share. I am stuck and really need this to be gone.

in the new ZOOM workplace version (6.0.11 (39959), while one of the participants shares his screen, it has become impossible to annotate after requesting control over his screen. is there a way to annotate while remotely controlling a user screen? this is something I was doing regularly until now.

My Zoom WorkPlace freezes everyone and automatically reboots me on EVERY Zoom meeting - Fix??
Windows version 6.1.1 macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 Currently, when the PC Windows client version 6.1.1 takes over a screen sharing session, the macOS Zoom Workplace 6.0.11 is not able to see the shared screen whilst other Windows client were able to see the new share. This used to work when the PC Zoom version was 5.8.

Am not able to share the screen, am the host and changed the settings, given sharing access to all ( Host and Participations. But still am not able to share the screen but If I login other Laptop as a host or a Participant am able to share but not in my particular Laptop .? May I know why.? do I need to check any settings .? I have restarted the browser and Laptop multiple times but still not able see sharing button option . Kindly let me know how can get the access.?
