Participants can't unmute when placed into Breakout Room where Recording is in progress

Good day, Since the 6.0.3 update, participants moved into Breakout Rooms with a recording in progress are unable to unmute. No settings have been changed since before the issue arose and I have checked that any reference to parties needing to confirm...
