I un-installed it because the update wouldn't work; had to force quit that.  In the last 6 months when using Zoom my MacBook Air has frozen up.  Can still watch the Zoom but can't use any controls for Zoom or on my computer; have had to use the power button to shut it down.  Today I had the idea of re-installing Zoom but now I can't get it back on the computer.  I tried to use a ticket for Zoom but even though I have an account number, etc., it says that I am not associated with an active account?  HELP

I have a problem, I'm trying to set up live-streaming to my Facebook group, and I see that in my Zoom account the option Custom LIVe Streaming Service is unchecked, but I cannot tick the box because it says it's locked by Admin,

does anyone know how I can make myself the admin, I am the owner of the Zoom account

I have a Pro account and want to be sure it's recording in high quality HD because we use the recordings afterward. On an ecamm Integration call, they said we'd need to request that's turned on.

How may I have this turned on on my account? The Virtual Assistant won't let me talk to a person and I can't find out where to start a ticket...

I have a weekly recurring meeting that I want the waiting room enabled for. I don't want the rest of my meetings to have a waiting room enabled. However, the only thing I know how to do from the Zoom support article is enable waiting rooms for all meetings. Then, when I go into the individual meeting's settings, the checkbox is greyed out, i.e., I cannot edit it. This is so frustrating as I used to be able to choose which meetings had waiting rooms or not--it wasn't an account-level setting but rather an individual meeting setting. Can anyone help?
