Using a chromebook (PWA), trying to share videos in a meeting

When I share videos, the participants see a very choppy/freezing version. The audio and video are not synced. My upload/download service speeds seem to be ok. I have tried using downloaded vidoes as well as videos on Drive, YouTube and Vimeo. Any sug...
