Saving Private Chat Messages

Hi is there a way to retrieve private chat messages in the cloud?  (I just see the Public Chat that's been recorded in the chat)

No, private chat messages in Zoom are not stored in the cloud by default when a meeting is recorded.

These messages are only accessible to the participants who saved the chat during the meeting itself.
