hey, I recorded a meeting earlier but I can't find the recording. I wasn't the host so when I started recording, the host allowed it then I left the meeting when it ended and now I can't find it. I wonder if the recording is saved in the host's computer or cloud since the host is paying for the premium plan and I don't...

Is it possible in a breakout Room to play music through 'share screen'
If so, what would it be like to also be able to talk over the music?
I'd like to be able to DJ with music in a breakout room.
Any advice or experience out there?
Bug 1 = The flatpak app provided at https://flathub.org/apps/us.zoom.Zoom does not open on a fresh install of Linux Mint 21.3 (Ubuntu 22.04). I also just tried to open it on a fresh Ubuntu install and nothing happens It is possible to install Zoom on via a `.deb` file from the website. Bug 2 = During meetings, normally the mute button has a gauge that shows users that their mic is working when they speak. However, this has not worked on Linux since I started using it over a year ago. Sometimes this means I end up ignoring people while joining a meeting late and clicking through the audio menus. Sometimes the up arrow to get to the audio menu is unresponsive.

Hi All, I'm hoping someone can share some guidance and best practices that I can share with meeting attendees who are experiencing low bandwidth/poor video & audio quality. When hosting virtual events on Zoom, I will occasionally receive inquiries from attendees that the video/audio is cutting out. These appear to be isolated cases on the attendees' side, not a more widespread issue (e.g., low bandwidth on the side of the host). We suspect this is the case because these are meetings with large numbers of attendees with only 1 or 2 people occasionally raising concerns about low audio quality (e.g., sound cutting out). Generally, the guidance that we give in these situations is to recommend that meeting attendees leave and then rejoin the meeting; or ensure that they have the most up-to-date version of Zoom downloaded. Are there other best practices that you would advise users on how to improve audio/video quality on their end? Other than recommending that attendees leave and rejoin the meeting, what other guidance can we offer to help ensure a high-quality experience for users? Thank you!

Hello, recently a user in our organization complained he was not able to login to zoom meeting twice, neither via browser nor desktop app. We utilize Zoom VDI. When I attempted to read .dmp log generated during the time of crash, I was not able to open them. Could you point me to the direction where I can send these logs to in order to collect error codes for further troubleshooting?

Hi. Using the Android app on my tablet, I go to a class where the teacher screen shares a PDF of a textbook. But I have the paper textbook so don’t need to see the screen share and I’d rather stick with gallery view and see my classmates. On the PC I can just make the screen share tiny. Is there any way I can do something similar - or decline to see the screen share - on an Android tablet?

All completed zoom meetings are appearing in my drafts folder, how do I change that?
I inadvertently deleted a user without transferring data to another in the process (we were short on licenses so I had to delete them before adding the new ones staff wanted, plus I wasn't asked to keep anything...). I've lodged several tickets (they just get closed) and tried the online web chat - apparently our $1000s we spend per year are not enough to get any support from a human being, other than self-help. No wonder Teams is taking market share! Anyway, does anyone know how to undelete a user, or at least change the ownership on all their previously created meetings, without the user existing any longer & therefore not being able to log in as them...? Can I override the ownership as an admin somehow to allocate to a new user/owner? Thank you!

One of our employees has been having consistent trouble with their zoom phone system as a whole. She uses the poly voyager 5200 UC, but for some reason it constantly cuts out audio while others are speaking and also while she is speaking. Up until today I assumed it was some sort of bluetooth issue, but she had since retired the 5200 and used the handset only to get the same result. The only sort of error it will give is it sometimes says that a microphone isnt detected. Zoom version 5.17.31859 Poly lens app was used to update the bluetooth device and there are no driver updates available.
