Hello

we bought 3 licences for 3 people in our office. Me I am responsable, my director administrator and just as a member.

Now my director want join the meeting from his computer and me from mine... and at this moment, one of us must close the meeting, because Zoom is not able to accept us both... whats this?

Thank you for your email. It sounds like you're sharing an account with your director. Please make sure that you log in using different accounts. Also, please check who is the host of the meeting since only the host can end the meeting.
