Hello.  I'm just scheduling a meeting and there is no field where I can enter meeting information (instructions, meeting objectives and pre-read requirements) before I send the meeting invite.   Can anyone provide instructions on where I can enter this information?

 

(for information, and not to distract from my question above, I have set up hundreds of meetings in Zoom over the last 4 years all with the same  meeting information which I cut and paste into the field, the field must have disappeared in the last 2 weeks?)

Lookout for a Download Place for older Versions of the Zoom Client for Mac

Hello,

i am in search for a way to get all the Zoom Clients down to version 5.16.10 for Apple Macintosh M1 and Intel CPU  Devices.

 

On the Download page i cannot see anyway to get older Clients to download. Only the latest.

All help welcome

can't see myself while on zoom

when i'm on zoom now (just in the last 2 months or so) i can see other participants and they can see me, but i can't see me.  Prior to that I had no trouble.  I've been using zoom since March 2020

Resolved! Closed Captioning Security

Works on phone but not computer

I was able to click a hyperlink on a flyer and Zoom worked on my phone but not on my computer. I have no ID because it was an image link. My error message on the computer says, "Click Open zoom.us on the dialog shown by your browser If you don’t see ... Show more

My Powerpoint presentation is lagging when I'm presenting it in my zoom meetings. I have have a Mac and it works when I'm sharing the deck in "slide show mode" but not when I'm using "presenter view". Has anyone a similar experience and if so, do you know how to fix it?

Problem with Functions when in Breakout Room

I have been the designated owner of a groups zoom room for the past 3 years.  Recently when I log on I am automatically made the host (I used to have to claim host).  In January I paid for the renewal of our zoom room subscription.  I tell you this as I wonder if this may be what caused the following problems to occur:

1 - When I am the host and in a breakout room I cannot move to the main room.  I can move to other breakout rooms but not the main room unless I close all breakout rooms.  

2 - When I am the host and in a breakout room I cannot message/chat to persons in the waiting room.  I only have the option to admit them.  

When other group members claim/serve as host, they do not have these issues.   I'm not sure if the problem is in my settings or how to fix this so that I can move about in all rooms and chat with persons in the waiting room.  Any help is much appreciated!

Background not appear my face clearly

Hi

 

When I select the virtual background, my face doesnt appear clearly. I have a green screen and selected virtual background after enabling, my face is seen like transparent. Could you please let me know how to solve this issue?
