Unable to Annotate shared screen on iPhone

hi all

I’ve enabled my annotate in tools

annotate works perfectly on my laptop when i share a screen/whiteboard

When i share a whiteboard on my iPhone, I can annotate fine

unfortunately i cannot get the pen tool to appear to annotate a shared screen from the internet on my iPhone and neither can i type using a Bluetooth keyboard when sharing screen (Bluetooth keyboard works fine when sharing whiteboard).

Please help!

I need to be able to annotate on my iPhone with pen or Bluetooth keyboard, when sharing a worksheet from the internet.

Any help would be appreciated. Annotations are enabled in my settings.
