Yesterday I was conducting a zoom meeting and I was having the 500 participants zoom plan. During the meeting, after 230 participants joined, the zoom was not allowing any participant to join. It was showing the message like "the maximum attendee limit is reached". I was not sure why this happened because the limit is 500.

It would be great if some one could help me.

Also can someone provide the zoom support email id.

I want to be able to manually select who is going into each room, but once I send people to those rooms, I want them to automatically be sent there, instead of being presented with a "Join Breakout Room" button.

I thought the "Automatically move all assigned participants into breakout rooms" would do this, but we ran a test session and it didn't work.

Is this not the right setting, or did that setting just not get applied for some reason? Do we need to restart the machine and try again?

I have many sessions with audio for my work, but since today, Zoom suddenly isn't transmitting sound to participants anymore. They can hear my voice, but no matter which option I choose (and yes, the 'share sound' option is enabled), they don't hear the music, or they hear it extremely softly (which might actually be my own sound reflecting through the microphone). I have no idea how to solve this. Can someone help? I can hear the music just fine on the PC I'm streaming from, so it seems like it's something within Zoom itself that isn't working anymore.

It's very strange that there isn't a way to report technical issues directly to Zoom because if this is a Zoom issue, it needs an urgent solution.

I just updated my Windows app and can no longer view all my upcoming scheduled meetings. It only shows meetings for one calendar day.

Web version has what I'm looking for (Upcoming, Previous, etc.). How can I get that view in the Windows app? I need to be able to get to a meeting without remembering the exact date I scheduled it for.

Hello Everyone:

Hosting of 3 meetings was given over to me and were recorded. In cleaning out my email inbox a few weeks ago, I accidentally deleted the emails I received with the recordings. Since I don't have a Zoom account, I can't do the usual steps as described here: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0063423. Is there any other way for me to access those recordings? The original host doesn't have them in her recordings either.

Please help!

I am using the New Outlook desktop app.  When I started my job in October of last year I added the plugin so I can easily schedule Zoom Meetings from within Outlook.  Since the March update I no longer have that option.  I redownloaded the plugin, I've clicked in Settings the Add Online Meeting to all meetings- Zoom.  I've tried to add it as one of the apps in Outlook, but it doesn't work.  If I log into my web browser, I can add a Zoom meeting fine.  It's only with the New Outlook desktop app.  I'm going to try to go back to an old version of Zoom and see if it comes back that way.  Anyone else have this issue and insights on how to resolve?  

I am a voice actor with an in home studio. I have used zoom for over 2 years for video meeting and such with no sound issues at all. All of a sudden about a month ago, I've started having crackling audio coming through when in zoom meetings. It only happens through zoom, all other audio sounds perfect. 

I'm on 64 bit Windows 10 using a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 audio interface. 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling zoom as well as my audio drivers and the drivers for the interface. 

Any ideas on what might be causing it and how to fix?

Is there a way to record a meeting with the screen resolution set to 9:16? 

I want to record our company's mobile app.  The recording will then be embedded into the app as a training video.

Can this be done with Zoom? If not, what other tools do you recommend?

As the title indicates, I cannot access Zoom either on my browser (at zoom.us) or through the app.  This issue is only on a single computer, which is hard wired into my modem, and not any other device connected to my home wifi network.  Does not matter which browser is used, and I have cleared cache several times.  In fact, my work even replaced the computer (it's a PC) thinking it was a hardware issue, but even with a new desktop, the issue persists.

To be clear, I cannot even *access* the website zoom.us, though oddly I can get to Zoom support, and even more oddly, can get to ZoomGov.  This issue rather suddenly arose one day midday, and it's extremely frustrating.  It doesn't affect any other similar app (like Teams) and when I did have the Zoom app downloaded, that wouldn't work either.

Anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this issue?
