"Record meetings automatically as they start" set to the off position but it still automatically starts recording every meeting. Please fix. I do not want the recording to automatically start. Thanks

I have Automatic recording

I can see all of my previous meetings on the Previous Meetings list page from December 2023 through March 2024, however, I don't see the several previous meetings now from May and June 2024. Anybody know I can retrieve them?
Hello Team !
I need to collect email addresses from people at my zoom meeting (not webinar).
Here is my problem : we can collect @ but users need to fulfill a form (firstname/lastname/@) then receive the final link of meeting 5 min later.
This is a problem, I would need people to give me natively this (like with webinar) and get into our meeting directly. The long form + email process is KILLING the flow we try to set up.
Any ideas for how we could fix it ?

After a recent update, when I clicked on the web page for open zoom as usual, It crashes immediately, and I am not sure it sends anything to Zoom! This forced me onto browser zoom, which worked fine. I uninstalled it and re-installed it with "Software", and now it still crashes, but I have two Zoom's in "Show Applications", one with a newer Icon that works and one with the old icon that, when you "Show Details", pops up in "Software" with "Sorry! There are no details for that application.", so the "Software" uninstall is a bit broken. I can start zoom from "Show Applications" using the newer icon, 5.13.3 (651), even though it still crashes off the browser startup. Maybe it will crash when I join a meeting! Will this get fixed? Which zoom file where should I remove to clean up my system? /var/lib/snapd/desktop/applications/zoom-client_zoom-client.desktop seems to be a new file. I cannot recall if the old zoom was installed with apt, snap, flatpak or Software.

I joined a zoom meeting; which was being recorded prior to my entry into the meeting; and I want the recording to be deleted. I have already asked the meeting organizer to delete my recording; they never responded; but, I don't trust them.
How can I inform "Zoom the company" to delete the recording? (meeting took place about 4 days ago, not years ago, just a few days ago).

I have had a Workplace Pro subscription for years now, and just upgraded to a new Mac. Now the zoom app doesn't recognize that I have a Pro subscription and is limiting my meetings to 40 minutes. It is insisting I upgrade to Pro, but I already have it. Zoom refuses to let me talk to a human, so I am screwed. Can someone please help me?! This is a business for me, and as a result I may need to switch to a different video service! Thank you!!!!!!

Hi folks My Zoom account is linked to my FB and YT pages, however I find the way to set up a scheduled livestream difficult to understand. Sure, there are the links you can use in the Zoom panel to stream (via the three dots), but if you want to schedule a stream, that's where it gets confusing, at least to me. That's because on the Webinar In-Session Settings tab for webinars, you can choose between 'Use Zoom web settings' or 'Customize settings below'. I try to set up the latter - but you can only do it once, so I do it for FB. That means I can't set up the stream to YT. Plus the 'Connect video source' indicator on FB remains off. Obviously if there is no stream at that time then it might do that - but I have no way of knowing if the stream will work or not. Or am I misinterpreting the whole thing? Is it that I can simply rely on the Zoom web settings - because the 'in-session settings' means that's for the drop down choices within Zoom? If you could set me straight on this, that would be great - as it's not clear to me how to set up a scheduled stream so followers on FB / YT can mark their interest in advance.

I'm having an issue with the unauthorized down-grading of software occurring on our computers. In particular it seems that a recent change in the Zoom software has caused an incompatibility with all current Zoom meetings using software versions below 5.16. Unfortunately, we previously had version 5.15 which would not allow us to join these previously attended/scheduled meetings. The current software version is 6.1, which allowed us to re-login and attend the meetings, but then it was mysteriously just defaulted back to version 5.15 after an apparent forced downgrade. We are on Windows 10, it seems folks in our group who has Windows 11 does not have this issue?

I got 3003 error when tried to cancel a recursive meeting in outlook which was created by our service account, but I can cancel occurrence one while cannot cancel the series one. please help.
