Hey everyone, I'm seeking some assistance with a frustrating issue I've been experiencing lately. Whenever I attend online classes or meetings via Zoom on my 8GB RAM laptop, I encounter significant problems with video calling quality. The video often appears pixelated, freezes intermittently, and sometimes even disconnects altogether, disrupting my learning experience. I've tried troubleshooting the problem on my own by checking my internet connection, updating Zoom to the latest version, and adjusting various settings within the application. However, none of these efforts seem to have made a noticeable improvement. Given that my laptop meets the minimum system requirements for Zoom and has 8GB of RAM, I'm puzzled as to why I'm encountering such poor performance during video calls. Could there be other factors contributing to this issue that I'm overlooking? Is there something specific I should be checking or adjusting to optimize the video calling experience on my laptop? I've seen some suggestions online about optimizing video calling performance by closing background applications, adjusting video settings within Zoom, and ensuring that my webcam drivers are up to date. However, I'm curious to hear from others who may have encountered similar issues and found effective solutions. If anyone has experienced poor video calling quality on their 8GB RAM laptop during Zoom meetings or other video conferencing platforms, I'd greatly appreciate any insights or advice you can offer. Whether it's specific settings tweaks, hardware upgrades, or alternative solutions you've discovered, I'm open to trying anything that might help alleviate this frustrating problem. Thank you in advance for your assistance, and I look forward to hearing from the community! Best regards, DanielleMorris

why is zoom connecting to an outlook email address that is not associated with my zoom account? I want my zoom invites to come from the email associated with my zoom account, but after I set up a recurring meeting with all the emails in Zoom, and on Outlook calendar in zoom, the invite comes from a different email that is not associated with my zoom account.

Hello everyone. On several Zoom meetings that I have attended, I have noticed that they have customized the "Waiting for host to start meeting" screen. This is NOT the same as doing custom waiting room messages. This is the screen you see when you are waiting to be admitted to the meeting. The customization is basic information about the meeting, etc. Does anyone know how to do this? One group that know is in need as they want to alert people to the time change between the US and Europe.

I have a basic ZOOM account and all of sudden I'm unable to log in unless I use an authentication app ( I don't even know which app!) or a back up code. I've already used (2) of the back up codes provided but I can't use one every single time I need to sign in. This is frustrating because there is no security option to change this. Can any one tell me which app I'm supposed to be using? Did Zoom just do this is to basic users? Thanks!

Hi, in Microsoft Teams I have a nice little feature with which I can open the shared presentation in a new window (standard is the main screen), so that I can see all people I talk to in one window and the presentation in another window. Do I find an option to do so in Zoom too? Thank you very much for your support, Juergen

I created a server to server oauth app and created a signature for the meeting SDK using accountId, clientId, and clientSecret. And when I tried to join using the signature, I got the value signature is invalid, errorCode: 3712. Is there a way to resolve this error?
Please let me know. This error cost me about 3 weeks.

We get a lot of Zoom bombers at our meetings. It would be great if we could enable the waiting room and see and communicate with the people who join. No cam, no entry. It would fit down on the number of "exhibitionists" that enter.
