Zoom is not using my sign in email anymore

The sign in email (a gmail account) has not been changed in my profile setting, yet Zoom is going to my other email account. What happened? How do I get it to use my business email account again?

Profile picture

I've added a jpeg picture in my profile but it never appears, only my name. I don't know what's wrong as it all seems straight forward when i Save it.

On yesterday's Zoom I could not share. The error message claimed the host did not allow me, but I am the host! I recently changed the name of my computer from TEST to Denise and since then when I join other Zooms, I the word TEST shows up under my photo. How am I able to explain to Zoom that I am still the same person. The account is under my name as Denise and I never wrote TEST in my account.

Hi

If I click on the "Join" Button, Zoom does not open the meeting. It opens Zoom, but not the meeting.

I'm logged in and Zoom is updated on the latest version. On my Notebook everything is working fine, but on my other computer (same settings etc.) it's not working and I don't know what's the problem.

I am grateful for any help!

I am scheduling a meeting that will probably involve 150-200 people.  We hold this meeting annually.  In the past people have gotten hung up over the security measures we established for the meeting.

People register via our website and pay to participate.

At a minimum - we require the meeting ID and passcode to join, but theoretically folks could pass that information around and freeloaders could join.

I see there are options for "registration" and "authentication" with Zoom.  A couple years back those settings tripped up some participants who thought they had already "registered" when they signed up on our website.

As I understand things, "registration" requires someone to disclose an e-mail address, then a confirmation e-mail is sent back from Zoom with a clickable link.  "Authentication" requires a user to disclose an e-mail address and set up their own Zoom account.

Do I have this difference correct?  Is there a better way I can explain things to participants, some of whom are not all that Zoom facile?  Thanks -- Richard

I have recently been added as an Admin for a Pro Account.  We use the account for weekly meetings which I have been attending for over a year.  As a new Admin I thought I would be able to access the meeting to change peramiters such as host options etc., however I am unable to locate the meeting under the meeting tab.  Does anyone know how I can find this meeting?  I know for certain it is under this account, the owner can access it.  It just doesn't seem available to me.

I have three monitors!

Does anybody know if you can split up a zoom meet and place a portion onto the other screens. I typically use zoom to participate in meeting, that are setup by someone else. I'm the invitee.

What I would like to accomplish is place the instructor screen (Poer Point) on one monitor and place the moderator on another screen. At time in participating in a seven hor meeting and the screen is maybe 2 X 3 inches. Thus, for that long of a meeting I would like t oplace theinstructor onto another screen and enlarge that screen. Basically can you undock the instuctor from the group of participaents?

Thanks

Bill Seward
