On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

When setting up questions and answers to select during registration can they only select 1 answer?  Is there a way to allow them to select multiple answers?

Hello mforge,

You need to add a custom question, then you can choose to have "Multiple answers" as a question type.

Hope this helps!

If this answers your question, please click "Accept solution". Thank you!

There is not an option to chose "Multiple Answers" as a question type

Hello mforge,

My apologies, I thought your question was referring to Webinars. You are correct, no "Multiple answers" for custom questions in Meeting registrations. If you need them to supply multiple answers, you could choose "Short answer" and they can type in their answers.

Hello - is there a way to enlarge or increase the character count for the short answer selection.  It doesn't seem to allow much text.  I would need at least 500 words?  Is this possible

No, in this case you should use the Long Answer question type.

can I set up a custom question with a drop down vs radio button/ check boxes?  Check boxes elongates the form and we are trying to. standardize so we don't want free form text. Thank you for your guidance .

Hi Bort, I do not see "Long Answers" as an option while creating my Webinar custom questions.
Where is it?
