This problem has been plaguing me for about 3 weeks now, I cannot find any solution, and I am just about done with using Zoom.

Zoom works perfectly fine whenever I am NOT signed in, (When I join a meeting as a guest, for instance) but as soon as I sign in to Zoom and start a meeting... the software completely locks up.

I can't click anything and I can't even close Zoom.

I have to control + alt + delete to close the software and then it automatically starts again... forcing me to once again control + alt + delete.

As a small business owner who uses meetings 10+ times per week, this software bug has gotten tiresome very quickly.

I would be eternally grateful for some kind of solution... even if it means finding a Zoom alternative.

When I attempt to schedule a new meeting with a new person I can name the meeting and use the dropdown to choose date and time.   The correct time zone is automatically chosen.  THEN I click the Recurring Meeting checkbox.  The program automatically fills in a number of meetings and an end date in bold print.  The dropdown for Recurrence only offers Daily, Weekly or Monthly.  I does not offer No Fixed Time.  I am left with an appointment which  has a certain frequency, a certain number of sessions (7 or 10 or....)  and an end date.

Zoom desktop version , Zoom One Pro, on fully updated Windows 10.  I looked at all the preferences and such but could not find one that I recognized as addressing this issue.

I've used Zoom for a few years and this has started recently although I'm not sure when,  I did update to the newest version without a problem.
All help and suggestions greatly appreciated.

Trying to figure out how to add the Zoom plug-in to my Outlook my mail client that is managed through Google Workspace. I have been running circles trying to get this to work. I can figure it out using the online Google Calendar, and I can add invitations in my Outlook calendar no problem. But for some reason Outlook client won't let me add-in the Zoom plug in or I'm just not going about it correctly.

Appreciate any help.

Hello. We have Outlook linked with our Zoom phone system, and so each time a scheduled meeting time comes our statuses are automatically changing to "user is in a calendar event" which prevents us from receiving calls.

Many blocked out meeting times are when I EXPECT to receive a call, so this is extremely counterproductive. How can I prevent zoom from blocking calls during my calendar events?

I have been trying out the new surveys/polls library because the library has made a few significant improvements over the old version.  With some of the new functionalities, I'd like to use the new quiz function during online classroom.  However, I've found out that quizzes created under a meeting don't seem capable of being transferred into the general Surveys/Polls library.  The reason I created the quizzes under a particular meeting is because these meetings were created in a LMS system (Brightspace) which allows me to batch upload these questions via a CVS file.  In fact, I uploaded these questions as polls and converted them to quizzes in Zoom.  Everything seems working perfectly except that these quizzes don't seem to be imported into the new surveys/polls library thus they could not be reused for future meetings.  Is there anything I could do to "publish" them?

I created a registration page using Zoom to set up a large meeting.

In My meetings --> Email settings I changed the email contact (from my account email to another email address). That address appears in the body of the message as "Please submit questions to... [email address]." That's great, but it didn't change the Reply-to email address in the header. What appears in "Reply-to" is the email address I signed up for the account with.

(I use this account for two different business activities and for this particular activity, it matters what shows up in the "reply-to" address.)

Is there a way to make that Reply-to email address the address that I set up as the contact for this meeting (versus the account email)? If so, how? Or is the only way to do that to change the main email address for my account? And if the answer is the latter, is it easy enough to change my account email?

Thanks!
