At a recent meeting I normally host, a guest had some docs to share separate from the docs I was sharing.  This was last minute.  The guest took control as host or just posted some docs (I don't know how or which), showed the docs from the laptop the guest brought.  Once the docs were shown -- the meeting was still going on -- i tried to share my own docs to the assembled in person and zoom guests.  The entire polycom screen turned blue and although we could hear the zoom attendees, for the next several hours the meeting ran, with the gallery and my docs on the guests laptop and NOT on the full screen for the in person attendees.  Therefore at the meeting's conclusion, no one in the meeting room saw the docs.  They also complained of sound issues.  What happened?  I think I know but need clarification.  Thanks.

Hello - 

I've been trying to upload video to the Zoom Waiting Room for several weeks now, and have tried everything.  My video is the right type and the right size.  I can upload it, but when I click Save the system tells me "Video Upload Failed".  I have tried multiple different videos (all the right type and size).  I have the latest and updated version of Zoom.  I have logged out and back in.  I have turned off the Waiting Room and turned it back on (in conjunction with logging in and out).  Any other ideas?  Thanks!

Recurring meeting disappeared after update to V6.0.11

On the desktop app and web app: I can still see the recurring meetings I created myself, but a recurring meeting, that was created by another user, has disappeared. I can still see it in my android app though. Why and how can I change this? I need to... Show more

On the desktop app and web app: I can still see the recurring meetings I created myself, but a recurring meeting, that was created by another user, has disappeared. I can still see it in my android app though. Why and how can I change this? I need to be able to access this meeting regularly.

Zoom doesn't relaunch after giving Zoom "Screen & System Audio Recording" permission macOS

I've encountered a problem with Zoom Version: 6.1.6 (37851) on my MacBook Air M1: during a meeting, after giving Zoom permission to 'Screen & System Audio Recording', I'm prompted to restart Zoom, which I do as expected. However, Zoom doesn't relaunch by itself, even though I understand that it should – when I grant the same permission outside of a meeting, Zoom automatically restarts.

Once, when replicating this behavior, I got a "The application "zoom.us" is not open anymore" message from finder. 

In terms of troubleshooting, I've tried to reinstall zoom several times, but to no avail. 

No crash reports were generated by zoom.

Calls cut off

When I am in a meeting and get a phone call, if I answer the meeting gets disconnected. How can I fix this?

We are switching over to Acuity scheduling and have changed over to zoom meetings to integrate properly. We would love to use the feedback survey option available at the end of the zoom meeting but I can't seem to figure out how to automatically do that when the meeting is booked through Acuity. Any ideas on how to do this or if it is even possible?

I noticed there is a new format for scheduling a Zoom meeting.   I used to be able to put the date and time in the initial screen and then it would take me to a second screen to put in the invitee email addresses.     The new format requires you to input invitee addresses on the initial screen but it doesn't seem to have all the previous email addresses stored.   It is very frustrating.  Maybe I am doing something wrong.   The new format seems to have started about a month ago.  Can someone give me some pointers?   Thanks, Rob

Hello, long time Zoom user across many companies.

 

I know that I can control notifications of joiners / leavers in my meetings. However, I would really like to have this setting at my account profile level for all meetings I join regardless of whether the host has it enabled or not.

 

I personally like to have notifications of joiners because I'm not always looking at the zoom window during the meeting. In some cases, I need to know that a new person has joined as many times joiners do not introduce themselves if someone else is talking.
