HI there, when I opened zoom to join a meeting last week it downloaded some updates and since this time my camera has not been working properly, it is now a super wide angle and I cannot seem to restore it to how it was prior to automatic updates, please could someone give me some advice on how to rectify this.

I have a Basic membership. I was a participant in a meeting. The host sent me the recording to watch. When I click on the link to the recording that the host emailed to me, I get two error messages. One says - I have not enabled the cloud recorder (200). The other error message I get is, You cannot view this recording, no permission. This host has sent me other links to recordings and I had no issue opening them. Now, I have this issue. Any thoughts on what is happening?

I recorded videos on October 2023 but these recording are now deleted. I recorded to he cloud. I can't find them in the Trash. Is there any way I can recover those recordings?
We have two brand new HP Chromebooks that our sons started using for online school yesterday. Using the Zoom for Chrome - PWA app, upon joining their class/meeting, their video screen is black (with their display name in white). The “Start Video” icon/button in the lower left of the screen is unclickable. If we click the three-dot menu button on the thumbnail of their video at the top of the screen, we can click to start video - but that only takes away their white display name and the screen is completely black. This is occurring about 2/3 of the time they join a meeting. We have also tried using Zoom in the browser and the regular Zoom app (not for Chromebook). The problem is inconsistent and seems to come and go, no matter what we do (uninstalling/reinstalling apps, switching between browser and app, restarting the device, etc). Please help!!

I can see my cloud recordings but when I click down load, it only say "Copy Passcode To Clipboard" but never download the video.
Is there anything to do with my account subscription?
On a paid subscription how do I add someone else to be able to set up meetings and host them? So basically I want to add another person as a host to my account. Not sure where to do this, if it's possible?

Why can't I create a weekly recurring meeting on Monday 4:30PM without an end date??

Hello! I hope you can help with this. The thing is, this is not always. 3 out of 10 times, the recording actually shows me in the bottom left corner, where I want my speaker window to be.
When I share my screen, choosing the second of the left option in where my face is seen, and the my entire desktop, after which I position my camera in the bottom left corner, instead of the top right, Zoom repositions my camera to the top right corner when I finish recording.
Why is this and how can I prevent Zoom from randomly moving my speaker window to the top right corner?
This is completely random, and I have to cross my fingers hoping zoom LEAVES the window in the bottom left.
so in short: I want speaker window, bottom left. I choose layout: bottom left speaker, I record and move active speaker window to bottom left corner. I stop recording, I stop sharing, I end meeting. Video is processed.
3 out of 10, face bottom left
other times, face top right.
I don't want top right, I want bottom left. Zoom randomly changes this.
