So here is my isssue. I am working on changing the format of the automatic Outlook email for scheduling or inviting others to a Zoom meeting through the branding settings. When adding a <a href> html tag to the preset Freemarker template, it shows up as intended on the preview in Zoom settings, but actually sending the email in Outlook has it displayed as a literal string including the actual words “<a href=meeting_url>” rather than the text that should replace the link such as “Click here”​.

I'm trying to download the transcript of a recent zoom meeting. The meeting was recorded, Create audio transcript is selected in advanced cloud recording settings, and I can see it in the Transcripts tab. However, when I try to download it, I get this error message: Request failed with status code 403. Advice I've found points to all the normal things like; check you're signed into correct account and have the correct permissions (which I do)... does any body have any idea what might be going wrong?

I have the last Zoom desktop client. But there is no blurred background. And I am sure that blurred backgroubd is supported by my computer. Please help how can I fix it?

Hello There, 
After I updated Zoom version to 6.2.2 on my Mac  yesterday,  my zoom meeting display is keeping changes automatically,  even I set the "Adjust for low light" to Manual.

 It works as expected in previous version 6.1.11. 

Does anyone have the same issue? How to resolve it? 
Any suggestions  are really  appreciated .

I have not logged in my account before joining the zoom meeting ( which means i need to type my name before joining the meeting)

 

and after that, I pressed "record" button for the meeting and the host of the meeting approved me for the recording. 

 

and then we processed our meeting for an hour and then finished so i pressed "leave" cause i though the recording file will be saved in my mobile. However, I can not find the zoom recording now. Please help as it is very important to my family. Thanks

It used to be that in situations with poor internet connectivity, the audio would often come through while the video stuttered. That was good, because the audio is normally the most important thing.

 

Now, I'm on a line with > 100mbps and I have no problems with any service other than Zoom, but recently, I'm getting fairly frequent dropouts on the audio while the video remains perfect. First of all, given my generally excellent connectivity, I don't see why I should have any problems at all with Zoom. 

But secondly, I don't understand why Zoom would prioritize the video to such an extent that it is absolutely perfect even while the sound drops out completely for some seconds. (Frequently accompanied by a popup saying that my internet is "unstable".

Is there anything I can do to lessen the frequency of audio dropouts? This has only started happening in the last month or so.

I cannot seem to find the appropriate Zoom app to install on my Chromebook laptop. I NEED Zoom on this device for an upcoming business trip. I understand there is a special app for Chrome OS, but it doesn't allow me to install it on my device, it says the device is unavailable. Please help! My trip is in one week 😞

Zoom not detecting microphone and speaker depsite no other app having this issue.

My zoom on my laptop never detects my microphone or speaker. Whenver I manually make it test it, it works, but if I go back to the meeting, it doesn't work again. How can I fix this? I've tried reinstalling zoom already.

I work for a university and edit many zoom recordings to put on YouTube as evergreen tutorials. Most of the recordings I get show the thumbnail of the speaker covering up the top right corner of the slide.  When I signed in to the desktop client I don't see how to make side by side the default. I know participants can do this. I want to show my colleagues how to set that up so that the recording they make doesn't show the thumbnail over the slide. My normal procedure is to show the speaker for a few minutes, then trim to the slide in Final Cut Pro and not have the speaker show. I occasionally will zoom out so future viewers will see who is talking. When Webinars are created and recorded, the side-by-side seems to be the default, but in regular Meetings, most of the recordings sent to me have the speaker thumbnail covering as mentioned. I don't see where a host can change that setting in my desktop client.
