I have uninstall Zoom from my PC. I had a free version first and then a paid account. Even even when I quit zoom and signed into the paid account, the free account came up, instead of the paid account. So I uninstalled Zoom. Now I can't figure out how to reinstall it without opening a new account. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Virtual background option is missing

I am using the Zoom web client and when I go to my video settings, I don't have a virtual background option. All I have are the masked backgrounds and an option to mirror my video.

 

According to this link and this link the system requirement for virtual backgrounds is 4 real cores or 2 cores with 4 threads. My processor (i5-1135G7) has 4 cores and 8 threads.

 

I have tried in Chrome and tried on the PWA. I have tried signing out and back in. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

 

It. Is. Not. There. 

 

Why?

I have forever always sent the Zoom invite I created via Outlook.  I just went to send an invite and clicked on ALWAYS send the invite via the NEW Outlook.  I do not want to do this, it was clicked in error.  How do I undo this?

Is it possible to know the Camera ON time for individual users in a zoom meeting? If yes, then how?

Is it possible that we can determine for how much time the camera was turned ON in a Zoom meeting?
I tried to explore whether it is possible or not, but couldn't find any resources.

I keep getting an error message when trying to host a meeting or join a meeting that I need to update my Zoom account. I have a paid Pro account and it is suddenly giving me problems. I do not know how to "update" the Zoom app. It keeps telling me to contact my "Admin" ... but I have no Admin but myself. I cannot reach any kind of help via an agent and am ready to can cel my account. Help!

Personal Room Keeps adding Waiting room after disabling

Even after unticking, we come back the next day and it is ticked again.

 

I have tried recreating the person room code etc, however periodically it just enables the waiting room again without notice.

 

Can anyone advise?
