This issue started week of April 29, 2024. A few participants in a meeting cannot go to breakout rooms. They go, but then are quickly sent back to the main room without having clicked on anything. This has happened to different people, on different accounts. We have tried assigning them to a different room, we have had them log out and log back in. Zoom has been VERY UNHELPFUL saying only that it is because participants have a poor internet connection. These participants have been in the meeting without other issues for a total of 29 hours (over 10 days). It is causing a lot of problems for our training participants. Anyone have any answers? THANKS!
