Hi Everyone, This doesn't happen every time, but it has happened 3 or 4 times where I start a meeting as the Host and the couple comes in and we are in different 'rooms'. I have only sent them one link for our scheduled meeting so they can join me. I called the couple by phone, and they said it showed that I was involved in another meeting.... WHAT???? I am in their meeting. So I exited the meeting and then went to their link (the one I emailed them) and entered the meeting that way. This has happened in the past but not for a year or more. Is this a program glitch? I talked to a friend who uses zoom for her business as well and she has had the same experience. I feel baffled by this.

I hold regular Zoom meetings and record them. I've checked the settings and the recordings are set to Full HD (1080P). I have a very good wired internet connection but on occasion have noticed the recording drops back in quality to 720P and was wondering if this happens because one of the other participants has a poor internet connection? Thanks in advance for any feedback

Any Mac OSX beyond 10.10.5 literally bricks my computer and, I need to know if the latest update to zoom will still be compatible before I click install. Since 2020 updates to various programs have brought them to the point where they cannot be used "This program will not operate on 10.10.5" and, the idea of clicking "Update and install" on any given program now causes anxiety, with the possibility that I won't be able to WORK. Please tell me if it will still be compatible.

When I share the screen, the screen I shared is always overexposure, which is abnormal and hard to see, once I move my mouse or slide down the page I am sharing. But if I don't slide up/down the page I am sharing (don't move the mouse) for three to ten seconds, the screen I shared became normal. I don't know why and it seems no one had similar questions. Looking forward to any potential solutions. Thanks in advance!

When I share my screen with Zoom 5.17.10/5.17.11 on MacOS, shortly after screen share starts, my screen freezes. I have a Macbook Pro with MacOS Sonoma 14.4, connected to a DisplayLink dock with two 4k monitors. The Macbook is in clamshell mode when this happens and the only way to unfreeze the screens is to unplug the DisplayLink dock. The Macbook screen when opened is not frozen. This issue started with Zoom version 5.17.10/5.17.11. Has anyone else seen this issue?

I created a zoom meeting using the Windows desktop app. I copied the meeting link and posted into a LinkedIn post. I opened the meeting from the desktop app. People joining the meeting opened the link from the link posted on Linkedin. No one joined the meeting I opened from windows. One person went to the web and entered the meeting id & password. Question: if the link is the same, I should be able to open from windows and have people join from the web or directly from the linkedin link. Is that right? If yes, it didn't happen. Please provide some insight.

Since the last few updates of the Mac app I've not been able to schedule a meeting from the app. I have to use the website to schedule. Everything else seems fine though. When I click the schedule button it just shows me a blank page, no error messages or anything. I can create a new meeting and start one already scheduled (from the website) but nothing else. I'm on Mac OS and zoom version: 5.12.2 (11434)

Someone recorded an interview for me to edit, but only the person being interviewed showed on the screen. The host never showed up and he's the one that scheduled the meeting and recorded on his end.
Any ideas how to fix this?
I'm assisting a user who is creating an audio test for participants with hearing disabilities. We have a set of audio tracks that have the audio split in separate channels, Left and Right. When they are played on a computer, they play properly: with certain sounds going to one ear, and other sounds going to the other ear. When this sound is shared over Zoom, the split audio is audible in both ears. Now, the unintended audio is softer/lower than the intended audio, but it should not be audible at all and it is. I've ensured both the host and participants have sharing/audio at sound+stereo (high fidelity) and I set auto processing to Off (Windows-Raw), but there is no change. I've tried all the different audio profiles, but no change. Audio intended to go to the left ear is still audible in the right ear, and vise versa. Thank you for any help.
