Question

"Waiting for the host to start the meeting" - Meeting has already started

No one can join my Zoom meetings anymore. I start it, and anyone who joins is told to wait for the host. And I as the host don't see anyone in the waiting room. What's going on?

      Are you launching the meeting from Zoom.us, via the Zoom app, or by clicking on the invite link?

      Hallo Carla,

      ich starte das Meeting aus der App heraus. Und ich habe herausgefunden, wenn ich das Meeting starte, BEVOR der Teilnehmer dazu kommt, dann wird er mir angezeigt und ich kann ihn einlassen. Betritt er nach mir den Raum wird er mir NICHT angezeigt.

      Hi everyone, 

       

      I managed to fix the problem by going to the advanced settings and toggling all the settings about the Personal Meeting ID (PMI). I think Zoom was putting me in a new room that didn't correspond to my PMI.
