I need to run a participant report on a meeting from July 30 2024
and I do not know how to find the meeting -- all meetings listed under previous only go back 30 days. HELP

I am using basic Zoom for GSuite. My Zoom meetings should be 40 minutes (and it says so in the upper left-hand corner of the Zoom window. Zoom cuts off at exactly 30 minutes. I've complained of this to Zoom's technical support before, but they never addressed the problem (they kept telling me to get a different account). I've wondered whether students joining the meeting before the host is counted at part of the 40 minutes. I have turned off "Allow participants to join the meeting before the host arrives" but I'm still getting messages students that students have joined the meeting room. Any ideas about what I can do?

Still learning the new Zoom whiteboard. I teach college and use it during class. I used to be able to draw stuff (ipad, apple pencil) on the whiteboard, and then open a 2nd page of the whiteboard and draw more stuff, and I could switch back and forth and my class would see whatever page was on my screen. Now I can open a 2nd page, but what I draw on page 2 or page 3 is not reflected on their screens. I can switch back and forth on my ipad from page 1 to page 2 to page 3, but on their screens it only shows my first page. Also, I could export all the pages at once as a jpg or png with one click, now it seems that I can only export one page at a time. I could use some help.

My microphone and camera won't work on Zoom Desktop Client. However, it works on other apps, even Zoom on browser. 1. I've allowed permission to Zoom Desktop Client. 2. This problem applies to other cameras and microphones I have. 3. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom as well as restarted my laptop, but the problem still persists.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I just purchased the Translated Captions as an add-on, and I've followed Zoom's standard instructions for enabling these at the account level. However, I haven't been able to use them... when I start a call (I tend to do this from "My Meetings" because I have a set of standard calls I do with clients) the CC button doesn't show any 'carnet' (little up arrow) at all (see below). When I try going over to "...More" and looking for translation captions there, as was mentioned on some of the other posts, there is nothing related to captions or translations there either. I've tried restarting Zoom, and I've tried creating a new meeting (rather than using one of my previous 'set' links). But I can't get this to work! HELP! I really need a solution fast... Thanks in advance!

Hey all. Can someone guide me on the following issue? When I record via Zoom, the quality of my PowerPoint presentation is very poor. I have optimised recording for third-party video clicked on and also HD. Super frustrated and cannot move forward with my clients until this is resolved. BIG THANKS

I am repeatedly having the video out of sync with the audio, and it lags 1-2 seconds or more behind, which makes a Zoom meeting impossible. This is in live meetings, not recordings. This is on a new pc with fast wi-fi speed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom and run tests on the connection and the last meeting showing no issues

During my meetings in the Zoom client on Windows 10, randomly I hear "pop" sound effects. I checked and confirmed that this only happens during Zoom meetings. My current Zoom version is 6.2.0

Hi, I hope someone can help with this. We are a meditation group which opens and closes a session by having the leader ring a bell. The bell reverberates for a while- that is it produces a sustained ringing tone after the leader strikes it. However, this does not come across on the Zoom audio- there is a very brief sound when the bell is struck, but no one can hear the sustained ring. Is this a known phenomenon? Is there any setting I can change? Thank you.

Hi, I am using ZoomRooms on the NeatBar(meeting device) and the NeatPad(controller for NeatBar). My NeatBar and NeatPad versions are; I am using these tools in business settings, so I should not uppdate these tools too quickly. 1. What is the cause of this ploblem? 2. Is this a kind of bug or due to Zoom settings? 3. When I reuse past meetings to create a new schedule, are there any precautions that should be taken to avoid bugs? 4. The following are the specifications of the meeting reminder as I see them now, but please let me know if there is anything wrong.
NeatPad shows my meeting schedules on its screen, but recently my meeting schedules suddenly disappeared, and I have experienced this phenomenon many times.
[Conditions]
I used the administrator account of Zoom meetings to create meeting schedules and registered this NeatBar as a participant.
I reused past meeting schedules to create new ones.
When I created a new meeting schedule, the reminder appeared on the NeatPad, but it disappeared after a few minutes.
If I refresh the schedule screen before it disappears, it is gone.
This phenomenon occurs only when NeatBar is registered as a participant, not as an alternative host.

・The reminder appears 10 minutes before the meeting start time.
・If you do not press the close button on the reminder, it will be shown until 10 minutes after the meeting start time, and it will go out automatically.
