I would like to send a follow-up survey to all who participated a week after the meeting ended. Is this possible? I can't seem to find any information concerning this question.

I recently joined a meeting where the screen where I selected my audio and video before pressing "Join now" had custom branding for the company who was hosting. How would I be able to enable this for my business account? I only see an option to customize the waiting room screen, but not this screen that appears pre-waiting room.

Hello, I want to join Zoom meetings with MY camera always on. It used to work fine and I can access meetings directly with my camera on, however, it seems like the recent Zoom meetings I join will automatically turn off my video. Can you guide me through resolving this issue? Thanks

I'm trying to stream a meeting using a custom streaming service. Follow the sections below to set up custom live-streaming for a meeting or webinar:
--> I first went into my account settings and turned on live-streaming (and checked the box to allow for Custom Live Streaming Service)
--> After that I tried to do the following (As per the support links) but step #5 doesn't exist. ""How to set up custom livestreaming

The only tab that pops up regarding live streaming, does not include a section for "Configure custom streaming service" (See attached picture).
So... where do I go to configure the custom streaming service and enter my stream information, since it's no longer located where the help file says.

I have a plan that allows me access my recordings but for some reason when i try and access them it gives me an error code. How can I access my recordings? I have upgraded my plan as well.. Please help!!
We recently ran out of Zoom licenses for our users. I wanted to ask if there is a way to see what licensed users are not using their Zoom license. I tried doing a report on inactive users and wondering if the "Creation Time" in the report means the last time they created/hosted a meeting. Thank you.

Everytime i use zoom, it says Low system requirements may affect your audio quality. I dont know why this is happening now, before everythings great . but now in the middle of my online teaching. I cant hear my student, it will come and go,,,how do i fix this

Hi, could you help me : I have a zoom account which a few days ago began to mess up : deconnects me when in a meeting. My device is imac ventura 13.6.7
So now, I can't use it for any meeting because my client stays alone while I'm disconnected.
A few seconds later, I'm in again but it keeps disconnecting...
I don't get( any error code
I don't know which is my zoom version
I tried to download the app but my imac doesn't accept it.
