Zoom meeting maximum attendee limit

Hello Everyone, This is Jinesh here CEO at Inox Steel India. Yesterday I was conducting a Zoom meeting and I was having the 500 participants Zoom plan. During the meeting, after 230 participants joined, zoom was not allowing any participant to join. It was showing a message like "the maximum attendee limit is reached". I was not sure why this happened because the limit is 500.

 

It would be great if someone could help me.
