Meeting password

Participants must enter a password for meetings, and I cannot change this even as an administrator. They say I've to contact zoom assistance. How can I modify this setting?

Do I have to provide the google user with a zoom token or should they be able to join the zoom meeting from the google meet hardware without the token? 

 

When the google user tries to join the zoom meeting from the google meet hardware by entering the zoom ID and pass code it shows a white screen with a file that has a frowning face.

Resolved! ManyCam would not work as a video

ManyCam would not work as a video option today.  So frustrating, as I use preset for my lessons

What is going on with ZOOM?

I'm currently using Zoom on a dual monitor setup. I've come to like having my video full screen on one monitor with the chat and participants boxes in a particular position on the other monitor. Currently, I have to re-set this up each time I sign into a meeting.

 

Is there a way to set my configuration as default so that it loads in with those windows open and where I want them each time I enter a new meeting?

I have a plan like Zoom on Pro, but function about add co-host not working. What is a problem with?

I add a verified licensed user, but it still gives an error and says that the user is not licensed.

Hello, I am using zoom on a Mac book to teach. Often when I share my screen and use the 'annotate' fonction, my cursor disappear and it's impossible to find my mouse on the screen. I already tried to download the latest upgrade, tried to restart the app and the computer but It keeps happening very randomly. My trackpad doesn't seem to be the problem as I use it normally everywhere else. If someone had this problem and found the answer.. thank you.

Hi. I would like to know how you can send an automatic zoom link whenever someone accomplishes a google form associated with a zoom meeting.  Is this possible to do without using a third-party app? I saw some demos in youtube but they all use a third-party application which I don't want to do. Hope you can point me at the right article or video to watch to learn how to do this. Thanks!

Recording overwritten

During a meeting as a host I stopped the screen sharing of the presenter after the presentation, and the recording stopped as well. I restarted the recording immidiately and now only the 2nd part of the recording is available on the cloud. Can I rest... Show more

During a meeting as a host I stopped the screen sharing of the presenter after the presentation, and the recording stopped as well. I restarted the recording immidiately and now only the 2nd part of the recording is available on the cloud. Can I restore the 1st half of the recording in any ways, or it was completely overwritten by the 2nd part?

Google Drive option is missing in the "Share" button on iOS app (using iPad) as of 13/5/24. It actually happened after I ended a meeting and then rejoined (I am the host of the meeting).

 

I also updated my iOS app to the latest version through the App Store to see whether it would fix the issue, but the Google Drive option is still missing. Please see screenshot below as proof:
