I'd like to be able to communicate (Via a form) to those people in the waiting room that we do NOT recognize.
I'd like to ask for their e-mail - who invited them etc

I am having the same problem. Our meeting is open but we don't allow people to attend without their first name. How can we contact someone in the waiting room to qualify them for the meeting?
