I mistakenly closed Zoom before I could download and convert video/audio. How can I capture it?
Why is Zoom breaking all the rules of usability and continually changing the navigation on the Zoom app? First of all they stopped me from adding a recurring meeting with no fixed time on the app. I have to log into the website to do this. Now in July 24 they removed my list of Recurring meetings from the Meetings tap! Why? I found it randomly in the calendar (with a very small drop down under my calendar entry. Why would I look for my meetings links in the calendar??? OMG Zoom has really gone rubbish on the usability. Please sort this out and do some user testing on any navigation changes and stop behaving like a pack of teenagers with a software platform.

I'm having an issue with Zoom which I have integrated into my CRM. I'm able to have meetings booked successfully but it's not generating meeting links anywhere so neither I nor the client is actually able to hop on the call - we only see that a call is booked in our calendars. The CRM I'm using is called Clixlo - it's identical to Go High Level. Any ideas? Thank you

I started a meeting 7pm PST and our business partners where not allowed for join the meeting at this time? THis meeting is not accessible from the Phillipines at this time Error 1142 Then we submitted a ticket and got this message which was not very helpful either Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to your open ticket at this time. However, when I clicked the link and launch the meeting there was a prompt saying the meeting was not accessible from the Philippines. The link was from US but I tried joining a meeting before with a link coming from the US and it worked. Could you help me on what might be the problem I can't join the meeting. Thank you. Hi, I have a problem with the live Zoom stream on Youtube. Although we have 'Pro' subscription. I can't start a live stream, even though I set it up in my Zoom account. There is no live stream icon in Zoom during the conversation. Thanks in advance for your help🙂 Gabriel

Here is the current state of the toolbar for Zoom meetings as of 20231024 I use Zoom as a medium for teaching remotely and I don't want students to be distracted with all of these things. We add security, polls, and record for hosts & co-hosts. Is there a way to for us to hide the less useful functions so they do not take up space on the toolbar? I know this is possible for some features because I removed the Zoom Apps button using preferences. Can we please get the ability to remove the other non-essentials from the toolbar? Here is what those buttons do for the users now (since I have the features disabled) I'm not sure what meeting participants see when I have Notes and Whiteboard disabled.

I can't find in the FAQ that how I can assign a co-host BEFORE the meeting. I'd appreciate if someone can tell me I could do this. There is a set-up in the template but I got a response that I cannot do that for some reason. THX
Friend sent a recording of our meeting to me via email link. I was given this error code above. I am a basic plan subscriber and couldn't find the recording anywhere in my platform. How do I get the recording?

Yesterday, when I was in my account settings, on Zoom.us, reviewing my AI Companion settings, there was an "Upcoming update" banner stating: "Beginning on July 25, 2024, Zoom will automatically enable AI Companion features for your account. To keep the current feature settings, you can select "Do not auto-enable" prior to July 21, 2024." I have shared this with colleagues, and it does not appear on their account. How can we find it or where can they select "Do not auto-enable"?

Since zoom offered to sell me a scheduler, which I have not taken up, my current scheduler which has aways worked fine on Outlook keeps reminding me that meetings that have already taken place are overdue. This has been going on for a the last week and I have had to resort to deleting the meetings once they have taken place. I dismiss the reminder and it comes back again. help!
