Hi,
I am missing a meeting recording. Does anyone know how I can find it?
Thank you!
I often use chimes and gongs in my meetings. The sound does not register though I have tried different settings.
Suggestions? Thank you for your help!
I use several virtual meeting platforms and use the same webcam for all platforms. Whenever I am using Zoom, my video appears that I am closer to the camera, showing just my head and shoulders. When I am using Teams or WebEx, the same camera shows my head and upper torso.
Because many of my colleagues are Deaf, I use sign language to communicate, but I have to back up my chair every time I want to sign something so they can see my signs. My camera only shows this close up view when using Zoom.
Is there a way a can manually manipulate the camera to zoom out, so I appear farther from my camera? I'm using a basic Logi webcam. Not sure if the make of the camera matters since this only happens when we are on Zoom.

For about a week now, when I start a meeting I get the "unable to connect" message. I have a stable internet connection and no firewall or proxy. I've been using Zoom since 2014 and this has never happened before. I've reported this problem twice and have not received any response from Zoom. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? It's interfering with my volunteer work.

I just upgraded from a (1st gen) iPad Air to a 10th gen. iPad and Zoom doesn't work as well on the newer iPad. Specifically I cannot write anymore on shared scanned documents, whereas on the older iPad I can still do that. Why? How can I fix this? I need to make this work on the new device. I teach on Zoom and it is important to be able to write on the handouts on screen. On the old iPad, when I share a picture, the pencil icon appears in the corner and after clicking the icon the annotation menu opens up allowing me to write, doodle, etc.; on the new iPad, when sharing a picture, the pencil icon is nowhere to be found. However when sharing the whiteboard, the annotation menu works fine on both the old & the new iPads. I checked and annotation is activated in my account (Zoom One Basic). Zoom version running on both iPads is 5.17.5 (13040). Thanks for your help.

Hi! I have some clients on Zoom who only have access to a phone and I need to be able to hear them and a music track they play at the same time. I can hear both them and the track just fine, but the music becomes super quiet on their end so it's very hard for them to hear anything that isn't me. Is there a way to bypass this? These clients are using an iPhone.

Hi, a client of mine uses an android for zoom calls and they need to enable their original sound for our calls, but when they do, their microphone gets super quiet. We tried troubleshooting a little bit and samsung and zoom support suggested that they delete and redownload the zoom app, but this did not work. Does anyone else have this issue? Is this a Zoom or an Android issue? None of my other clients have had this issue. I believe the have the Samsung A15.

Hello, Last night, I had a group meeting where everyone ended the meeting using the video filters for a fun time. I, however, do not have this feature. I have looked up all the ways to find it but I only have backgrounds to choose from. Could someone please help me with problem-solving this issue so I can participate with the others using funny faces? Thanks!

My client is experiencing calendar issues between Zoom, Google Calendar and Outlook. Calendar invites are sent via Zoom, and when canceling or making changes to these invites (in Zoom), the updates are reflected correctly in Google Calendar but not in Outlook. This issue is happening the most with recurring invites, where the updates either don’t sync properly or fail to reflect the changes in Outlook. Has this happened to anyone else and if so have you figured out a work around?

For context: If you start recording after another person on another computer has started recording, does it bump that person off recording?
