I often set up Zoom meetings where I require participants to register. Many of these events have presenters who are outside my organization. Is it possible to send the presenter a meeting link without requiring them to register for the event?

Lost local recording after internet went out

Started recording a meeting locally (to computer) - then internet went out.  When back online I started recording again - no problem.  The segment recorded after the outage showed up as usual.  The segment recorded before the outage, however, was the bulk of the meeting, and does not appear on my desktop; in the 'recordings' section of my desktop client, it *looks* like a file is there but when I go to convert it says the recording file is empty.  

 

Thanks in advance for any thoughts on how to recover the lost file - I think I understand that recording to the cloud would preserve recordings in a case like this, so looking to find out if there's a way to recover the lost recording files in this case.

Guten Tag!

Ich melde mich mit einem Anliegen in Zusammenhang mit Terminen mit Zoom und der Terminvereinbarungsapp Timify. Der Support von Timify hat mich an Zoom verwiesen.

 

Zur Information: Wir haben einen Zoom Pro Account mit 2 Benutzer. 

Ich lege in Timify einen Zoom-Termin bei Benutzer "B" an.

Jedoch wird der Termin in Zoom von Benutzer "A" angelegt und ist damit der Host.

Daher kann Benutzer B das Meeting über seinen Benutzer B nicht starten. 

Dies hat bis vor ein paar Wochen funktioniert.

Good day!

I am contacting you with a concern regarding appointments with Zoom and the appointment scheduling app Timify. Timify support referred me to Zoom.

 

For information: We have a Zoom Pro account with 2 users.

The problem: I create a Zoom appointment for user “B” in Timify.

However, the appointment in Zoom is created by zoom in the zoom of user "A" and is therefore the host.

Therefore, User B cannot start the meeting through his User B.

This worked until a few weeks ago - that every User could create an appointment (via timify) which is in their own zoom user.

Hallo Ihr Lieben, und: HALLO @support: ich mache hier  das Thema nochmal auf:

die Hintergrudnmusik des Host wird auf meinem Gerät Asus vivobook Win 11 nicht wiedergegben, auch der tontest über die Audioeinstellungen wird nicht wiedergegeben (wird aber über das kontextmenü des Meetings direkt der audiotest gestartet, so wird der ton wiedergeben - das muß also mit geräuschunterdrückung inenrhalb von Zoom zu tun haben).

Auf einem älteren Gerät funktioneirt die Wiedergabe desselben streams problemlos.

Ich habe alle Audio "enhancements" soweit erreichbar ausgeschaltet, Hintergrundunterdrückung steht auf minimal.

Trotzdem wird die Musik nicht wiedergegeben

 

Was kann ich noch tun?
