I’m currently using the Zoom Basic plan to create instant meetings through API requests and display them on my website using the component view. I noticed that with both the Basic and Pro plans, I can’t host multiple meetings at the same time. If I purchase the Video SDK Pay As You Go plan, will I be able to host multiple meetings simultaneously?

Sending invites from mac desktop client

A client called today to complain that on his Mac, his zoom desktop no longer sends meeting invitations. I am not a mac user, but from my work in Zoom on Windows, when scheduling a meeting, if Outlook is configured it will open the Send meeting invite and you can then enter the recipients.

On mac all I can get it to do is add the meeting to the outlook calendar, or with apple mail configured, I can add the meeting to the icloud calendar, but not invitation is actually sent.

 

What am I doing wrong? Is this really possible on mac desktop zoom client?

I am trying to customize my meeting link with my company name. The knowledge center provides these instructions below but my issue is that under Step 3, there is no "Customize" option showing in my profile/meeting. I have a Pro account and I updated my version earlier this week. Is there another reason this option is missing?  

To create your personal Zoom link for a meeting:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Profile.
  3. Under Meeting, to the right of Personal Link, click Customize.
  4. Enter the ID or personal link desired.
  5. Click Save Changes.

Hi everyone! 

I've created several zoom-meetings for my students. Each meeting has it's own topic, so I want to put a corresponding banner on every meeting's waiting room. But I can't find settings to customize a single meeting. 

In Zoom support I see only how to change the banner for all the meetings at once. 

So the question is - can I put different banners for different waiting rooms? If it's possible, where can I find these settings?

About a week ago I can no longer Mute/UnMute with the button on my AirPods Pro.

It has been working perfectly in the past. Now I get a Zoom error message "Cannot control mic with AirPods pro" See picture.

This is a new error It used to work up until about a week ago.

I tried reinstalling Zoom. I tried unpinning and reaping my Bluetooth headset.

Audio Cuts Out Intermittently

I'm hoping someone can advise me on how to troubleshoot an audio issue. I have an issue where every so often my Zoom audio will cut out for 1-3 seconds although the video continues. While not frequent, it means I can miss key pieces of information. (... Show more

I'm hoping someone can advise me on how to troubleshoot an audio issue. 

 

I have an issue where every so often my Zoom audio will cut out for 1-3 seconds although the video continues. While not frequent, it means I can miss key pieces of information.

 

(a) This is not a standard connectivity issue -- the video continues without lagging or interruption

(b) This is not a standard speaker/audio source issue -- it lasts only a few seconds and it does not occur on other programs, only on Zoom

(c) This is not an issue with the speaker's audio -- it occurs across a range of meetings I'm in and I'm the only one who experiences the loss

 

What can I do to troubleshoot?

When I open my Zoom app on my MacBook Pro Camera it shows me with a white background.  I have tried everything to get this to go away it will not.  If I change to desk view it shows what is behind me.  I have checked camera settings.  I have went on my iPad and iPhone all of it works but the MacBook Pro Camera view which gives the weird white background.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have online music classes for a long time. Suddenly, from this week, two students encountered the same issue during the class, which is that the setting to original audio does not stop Zoom from auto-suppressing the sound. I can't hear their their piano playing at all, and all background noise disappeared too.

 

I changed devices using a phone, iPad and Windows laptop, the issue persists. I'm sure it's not my receiving side's issue. It's the issue with the device of my students. They both use Apple products, iPhone and iPad. Is there an iPad upgrade that conflicts with the Zoom setting? Has anybody encountered the same issue as I did?

Hi- I am in US and take guitar lessons with a teacher in UK. He records the lessons for me. He uses a windows computer(I believe)  and I use my Ipad pro (updated)  and though I have checked enable original sound for musicians both in and out of a meeting my teacher CAN NOT hear my guitar. We can speak to each other but as soon as I play he says my guitar cannot be heard. I can see and  hear his guitar.  I take my lesson in a quiet room. He says I am the only student he has this issue with!
i tried taking a lesson on my patio and when i played the recording some of the sound cut off intermittently. 
Please help!
