Rode NT1 5th Generation Mic Sound Fading Issue

When I am in Zoom meetings, I am told my mic sound is fading in and out to users in the meeting and this is happening when I record meetings. I don't think it happens when the meeting is not being recorded but I am not 100% sure on that one. Is this ...
