Pin from Waiting Room
I belong to several meetings where we get Bombers and I thought it would be very helpful if a feature was added to the waiting room where you can "Pin" the person as they enter the room.

Hi there, until the other day I was able to make a Zoom meeting booking, click okay and then it would automatically launch an email in Outlook for me to complete which included the access details of the booking. This worked perfectly. Now it seems to only book the meeting and doesn't launch the email. I don't know why. Please help. I would rather write the email in Outlook with all the text facilities than write it in the little box in the Zoom booking dialog box. Also, it means I have a record in Outlook that the booking has gone out. Many thanks!

When I go to my recordings, I see all of them but instead of my invite title, it says "Google Calendar Meeting (not synced) ". This is related to the add-on to Google Workspace between Zoom and Google, I have it installed and running and it is administered by my IT team. Is there any trick or recommendation you can provide?

Olá Comunidade. Como corrigido? Detalhes:

Hi, I'm experiencing an audio issue when using Zoom or similar platforms like Google Meet and Skype. Whenever I connect my headphones, the sound becomes distorted, over-amplified, or extremely low. What's odd is that this only happens when I open these apps; the audio works perfectly fine when listening to music or watching videos on other platforms. I've already tried checking the audio settings in Zoom and on my operating system, updated my audio drivers, and even reinstalled Zoom, but the issue persists. Has anyone faced a similar problem or knows how to fix it? I’d really appreciate any suggestions!

This has happened on 2 separate occasions. I have a room setup with separate mixer and mics, audio interface etc. video camera and playback devices through a video switcher and sound reinforcement in the room. Everything sounds great except twice, the outgoing audio has become distorted to the zoom participants. The audio signal path is clean from mic to audio interface. Since I don't monitor the actual zoom audio, I never know this is happening until people start complaining that it is distorted. To remedy the problem, I have to leave the meeting and rejoin.

I am running the latest version of Zoom (5.10.6) on Ubuntu 18.04 and as of this morning Zoom is no longer able to view my camera output (Logitech C525). Other applications are able to view the camera output but not Zoom. When I select my C525 camera for video the screen is black. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application multiple times. Are device permissions stored under /opt/zoom for things like cameras? Thanks!

We are a K12 Education entity and have times where we are connecting to official meetings that use Zoom. We are having issues with the majority of our users not being able to download attachments from the meetings. Typically they are on a Windows PC that has our Internet Filter software installed. However, I do not have the software installed on my test machine here in the Technology Department, and I am able to download the same attachments without an issue. We can also remove the filter from a machine having the issue, and it will resolve the problem... but that is not an option. So I know the correct this issue, we need to unblock whatever CDN that zoom uses to host their file attachments during the meeting. Does anyone have this list of sites they use (or IPs) that we can add to our filter to correct the issue? As a followup, because my reply to my own post didn't show up, we have already added: Thanks.

Many users like us have conference room set ups with the camera located below TV. During a presentation when the screen or slides are being shared, everyone is now looking up to the top of the screen, the farthest possible from the camera, to see and converse with other meeting participants. Please add a View Option that locates participants to bottom of the ZOOM presentation. This seems very simple to implement and add to other View options menu that exists today. Side note--I realize you can drag and drop the window with participant camera view to wherever needed, including bottom of the screen. But this method overlays the participants on top of the presentation being shared and causes other issues. A simple View option as described above is much cleaner.

I have noticed recently that some of the meetings I have scheduled are now appearing twice (in one case three times). The 'extra' meetings have a different meeting ID/Zoom link than the original meeting, and individual users have been invited to these 'extra' meetings (I don't ever invite people to a meeting via the Zoom app).
I also recently added a 'Save the Date' for an in-person conference to my calendar, and that, too, is now showing up in my Zoom meetings (even though it is not a Zoom meeting). Once again, individual users are showing up in this meeting in Zoom (it looks like the same people who accepted the calendar invite I sent via Outlook).
Any idea what might be going on? I can't seem to find an answer. I didn't do anything to update/change settings between my Outlook calendar and my Zoom account and now I have all these extra meetings showing up...
