email sign in is disabled
I tried to schedule a meeting for myself only to ensure zoom is working properly, but I got a response that my sign-in is disabled, so I dont think I ever actually started the meeting. What can I do to resolve this?

Hi, kann mir jemand sagen, ob es einen Unterschied gibt, ob Teilnehmer an Meetings die App laden oder über den Webbrowser teilnehmen. D. h. können die ohne App alle Funktionen nutzen, wie z. B. Kommentier-Werkzeuge?
I have a strange problem. When I'm connected to my WiFi and try to connect to a meeting / call someone, it just shows 'Connecting...' and after sometime fails to connect. However, if I'm using my mobile hotspot, everything works as usual. Once I'm connected to a meeting (using mobile data), I can switch back to WiFi and the meeting will go on as usual.

Hello. I'm new here, every time when start a meeting or join the zoom was very slow to start about 15 seconds. I tried reinstall software, update windows, remove every zoom files, unable windows firewall.
After remove skype for business in other windows profile this issue was resolved, but in my profile still ocorring.
Anyone could you help me, please?

I am the meeting host. During meetings I used a mic with my iPad. It stopped working last week. I thought it was the mic, so bought a new one - it still doesn’t work.
I want to record several How To or informational videos for my customers. I need to know the ins-and-outs of video recording and how to save them to something like YouTube. Please recommend a training program, whether Zoom or 3rd party, that will help me become very proficient in this area.

I am running zoom on a brand new windows 10 computer, specs following: SSD hard drive GeForce GTX 1660 Whenever zoom is open, whether we're streaming or not, the program is extremely slow to respond to inputs. It streams fine, records fine, but if I try to click on anything or even move the screen, it's really laggy. Sometimes its worse and takes 3-5 second after clicking something for it to do anything, other times it's pretty fast (1 second). Sometimes it takes 2-3 minutes to start the meeting because it doesn't recognize my clicks. We only use webinar. I have uninstalled, reinstalled. Tried 32 bit and 64 bit versions. Fresh install of windows. No other programs running. All drivers and windows updates installed. Any ideas?

Hi,
since yesterday I cannot open recorded files on my Mac. The filename is grey.
It had been converted but no way top open it.
The Zoom-support is unable to solve this problem.
Any experiences with that? Anny suggestions?
