I tried to schedule a meeting for myself only to ensure zoom is working properly, but I got a response that my sign-in is disabled, so I dont think I ever actually started the meeting. What can I do to resolve this?

If you are a part of a larger account, an admin on the account may have disabled that login for the account. They likely are enforcing SSO login instead, but you will need to check with your IT team to find out more.
