Zoom very slow to start new meeting or join

Hello.

I'm new here, every time when start a meeting or join the zoom was very slow to start about 15 seconds.

I tried reinstall software, update windows, remove every zoom files, unable windows firewall.
After remove skype for business in other windows profile this issue was resolved, but in my profile still ocorring.
Anyone could you help me, please?
