I need a quality training video on recording and storing videos

I want to record several How To or informational videos for my customers.   I need to know the ins-and-outs of video recording and how to save them to something like YouTube.  Please recommend a training program, whether Zoom or 3rd party, that will help me become very proficient in this area.

I recommend Techsmith's Camtasia video editor and tutorials. I have learned so much.  I know basic editing and will continue with their certification program.

If you just want to trim the beginning and end of an MP4 then Windows photo editor will do that just fine.

It is not a training program, but Office Hours contains a vast array of Q&A around media and video production. There is a Q&A session every day on Zoom. You can submit any questions you have to a live panel.
