I am encountering a weird issue with the breakout rooms.

I do virtual team buildings with zoom and i usually use the breakout rooms with automatic assignation.

Sometimes, i have participants who are not able to enter the breakout rooms and they got time out error on their end.

It is more frequent recently and i didn't have this issue before. The turn around i found is to connect them to zoom through their mobile because when they disconnect from the zoom app on the desktop and log in again, the issue is still here.

Anyone is encountering this too? it is really annoying and is impacting the team building experience.

I used to have virtual rooms.

Now under the three dots there is only breakout rooms.  I have virtual rooms enabled on the web portal.  I have turned it off and back on and reset it.  After that I have restarted the app.  None of the guidance I find online has helped.

Hi, I hope if someone help me in an issue that I have..  How can I do to put a division when I am presenting a powerpoint and have the participants on the right side and that in that division I can move it to make the presentation bigger or smaller the presentation and see more participants, if someone sends to project. on my computer if this division appears.
