Breakout rooms and time out connections

Hello community

I am encountering a weird issue with the breakout rooms.

I do virtual team buildings with zoom and i usually use the breakout rooms with automatic assignation.

Sometimes, i have participants who are not able to enter the breakout rooms and they got time out error on their end.

It is more frequent recently and i didn't have this issue before. The turn around i found is to connect them to zoom through their mobile because when they disconnect from the zoom app on the desktop and log in again, the issue is still here.

Anyone is encountering this too? it is really annoying and is impacting the team building experience.

Hi @habikhalil! Do you happen to know if the participants who are having this issue are using the latest version of Zoom?
