I set up SSO and ADFS in my environment. All user can login via SSO with their own AD credential. The accounts will be created at the first login automatically. Now I have to provide an account credential to the 3rd-part vendor. But I don't want the vendor use AD credential to login Zoom. So how can I add a work mail login method for an exist SSO user?

Hi, when about to start a meeting today we realised someone had hacked into account and taken over as host. Obviously now I cannot change anything or delete them. Do I have to set up new account? Thanks.
I purchased the PRO plan for one month for an event I hosted. After my event was done, I was able to see who tuned into the meeting, the chat log and all other related information. After my one month subscription was up, I downgraded to the BASIC plan however, all the information I had access to in my previous meetings while I had the PRO plan are all gone. I am wondering if there is a way to get back these information? Do I have to purchase the PRO plan again and the information will appear again?

I'm trying to schedule a daily meeting for as long as possible. I can't get past the 50 day limit. One solution said to choose the "no fixed time" option, but it's not giving me that option. Is this something that is only available with an upgraded account? Is there some other way of scheduling the meeting?

Yesterday I wanted to record an interview but Zoom pop-up said that I need to ask host for permission. DUH - I was the host! Why did I lose that feature, after updating Zoom? Lost valuable data...

Can anyone confirm if you can allow others to present in breakout groups? - I'm planning on having co-hosts for a meeting who will then "chair" breakout sessions - I need them to be able to share a presentation in the break out groups? If so can someone advise how to set this up? Thanks in advance!
