When I first used a link that had been sent to me, I was automatically given an alias that was wrong. How do I change it? I have asked the chat the same question but was unable to follow the directions given. I was told to click on Edit to change it, but I never reached an Edit.

I have some issues since I started using Zoom on the MacBook.

Every time I'm in a Zoom meeting with my AirPods Pro, the meeting is likely to crash every 5 min and after that Zoom says that I have some issues with the wifi connection. So the AirPods are disturbing the connection between Zoom and the wifi while using them but I really don't get it how this is even possible. Because I can use my AirPods in every other way but only Zoom isn't working for me. My theory is that maybe the frequency between Zoom, my wifi and my AirPods is interrupting each other and is causing crashes in a meeting.

Could somebody please tell me what's the problem and maybe help me out with this?

My colleagues have encountered a problem that when they go to share their screen to show a PowerPoint presentation, the PPT presentation isn't an option to be selected.

Has anyone else come across this problem? I can't replicate the problem so am having trouble diagnosing the issue.

Both colleagues have said they had the PPT open on their computer ready to go but it doesn't show in the Share Screen dialogue box as an option to be shared.

Any help or ideas will be much appreciated.

I have a problem with the Zoom meeting logo, we have made a logo for one of our company's events and we set up the event's logo but now every time we set up a new meeting it appears in the waiting room. 

i have tried a lot of ways to remove it or even replace it with another logo and it failed.
