We trying to set up Meeting Connector in our environment. So we create VM with provided OVF/VDMK file.  Access to *.zoom.us and *.amazonaws.com was provided for this VM. Also NAT 1:1 was configured as

External IP - internal IP ZC

External IP2 - internal IP MMR

Inside our network we can start meeting and connect another participants. But when I try to invite participant from Internet it receive a call and trying to connect to meeting. After some time I receive Error 104103.

So which additional access on firewall  is required?

Virtual Backgrounds

When I try to set a virtual background, the system says "your devise does not support virtual backgrounds." Can anyone tell me how to solve the problems

Language Translation

Our PTA has a pro account.  We would like to add language translation but I see we don't have this feature.  

 

#1.  I don't fully understand how the translation works 

 

#2.  What is the added cost?

Resolved! Will existing registrations be lost if converting meeting to webinar?

I have a scheduled meeting with 800+ registered attendees - if I convert this meeting to a webinar, will I lost these existing registrations?

Others can see my video, I cannot see their, but I can on different computer

I do not understand what happened, 3 weeks before everything was working, then, out of nowhere I cannot see other video on my computer. All I see is a green screen. It works fine on other computers. Tried reinstalling the zoom, but did not help. Plea... Show more

I do not understand what happened, 3 weeks before everything was working, then, out of nowhere I cannot see other video on my computer. All I see is a green screen. It works fine on other computers. Tried reinstalling the zoom, but did not help. Please see the screen shot. If someone have any information or suggestions regarding the issue, please do so. Many thanks.

cannot sign in zoom

i cannot sign in my account if i type my username and password it says errors and if i click google sign in it say please ccall for IT suppert this problem makes me sad please solve  this issue as soon as possible.

Chat not working

I noticed that when I am on zoom meeting and the word document is posted in the chat. I can never see the document. It doesn't come up in my chat. Everyone else in the meeting gets the document but not me. Can someone give me advice on how to fix it? Show more

I am an executive recruiter and regularly schedule meetings for others to attend that I will not be involved with.  I've used the outlook zoom app for almost a year and set up over 200 meetings this way during that time.  During the last week I've had three separate clients reach out to me saying that they couldn't join the meeting and received an error code that the meeting was scheduled at a different time.  All I'm doing is adding a zoom meeting to an outlook invite.  The outlook meeting time is correct and with the way the app works I'm not setting up a specific "zoom time" so I have no idea why they would be receiving this error.  Any thoughts?
