Hi I am curious to know if any one here in the community uses Zoom for recurring group sessions for clients? We are a non profit and have needed to transfer our face 2 face groups to online due COVID. A 'group' will run for 20 weeks consecutively and will have the same 10-15 participants attend each week. There can be up to 10 - 15 different groups that run each week with some (up to 4) starting at the same time. The constraints we have: - we are not able to disclose participants email addresses to other participants. - the groups are being set up by a central admin person (therefore will default as a host) - there are two facilitators per group who are set up as 'alternative hosts' - the 'host' does not join as they are just a member of staff who sets the groups up - unfortunately our email address have been configured to include surname so need to be mindful how we send out the invites. We have to protect staff identities (ie not disclose full name, first name is ok) - we use google email and calendars. The issues we are facing: - more than two groups, the alternative hosts are not able to get into the meeting (has happened with two groups booked at the same time). Looking for ideas on solutions on how we can centrally manage the zoom bookings and invitees with minimal disruption to clients and staff and not having admin heavy process. - ideally would like invite to go directly to staff who can add to calendar - ideally would like invite to go directly to clients Thank you Jackie

Hello,
Where can I find in my portal the licenses that were purchased vs provisioned vs the total licenses being used monthly?
Thank you.
Hi, I work for a gliding club and since covid we do a daily reoccuring zoom briefing for our pilots that has been a great success and will be continued. I have been requested to set up an information screen to show this daily briefing in our clubhouse, the briefing occurs 9AM every morning. At other times the screen shows pictures and videos of our sport. We ideally at the time of the briefing would like to switch accross to show the briefing live from Zoom automatically, the screen is connected to a Windows 10 pc that will be hidden away. Is there any facility within zoom, either at the scheduler or client level that would allow this to happen? Looking forward to hearing any ideas from you guys. Kindest regards, Paul Haliday

Hi I have recently purchased an IPad Pro. Everytime I log onto Zoom meetings, after sometime into the meeting, am facing problem that suddenly my audio goes off. Neither I am able to hear anything from the opposite side nor I am being heard by him. Even the mic icon does not show mute. When I log off and log in the problems gets resolved, but after a few minutes the same problem surfaces again and again.

How can I have the transcripts of the close captioning available only to the host and not to any of the other meeting participants?
In Google Chrome 94.0.4603.0, video capture appears to be broken. Only a black rectangle is visible when I turn on "Video," both in my view of the web client and on the receiving end for other Zoom participants. The javascript log in the developer console repeatedly cites, "framereader read null frame!" For example, one short log file is copied below (text attachments are not allowed; sorry for the long message). The bug does not appear in the stable version of Chrome, such as 92.0.4515.159; nor in Firefox. This is all tested in Arch Linux. Unfortunately, I need the newer Chrome in order to support other features for my platform that haven't yet trickled down. Could this be due to Chrome's updates to SharedArrayBuffer support? In any case—hope this is the proper place for a bug report and to receive support. webclient.min.js:1 127
