I actually don't need the recording anymore so want to delete it from my list - how can I do that when there are no menu options on it?

I have seen the new quiz and even tried it.  I think a major shortcoming that I see is that the system does not actually "mark" the quiz.  Even if you download the results it simply gives the questions and the replied answers, not if they were correct or incorrect.  I could run a quiz through SLIDO as this will mark the answers and give scores i.e. 8 correct out of 10.  I can share the results on the screen but again it does not give them a score (which in my case we then check against our pass mark for the course).

Is there any way to get the new Zoom Quiz to do this?

The other issue is that since the last update, even if I set the poll or quiz in a template, when I use that template it is not copying across them and the quiz/poll tab is totally empty. This means that I have to type in every time the questions and all of the possible answers which is unsustainable as we use Zoom for training and the polls/quiz for confirmation of understanding.  Has anyone found a workaround for this issue since the last update?

I recorded an interview and it says "allow zoom to access all files and folders," but I HAVE ... so when I double-click on the recording to convert it, it says "converting meeting recording / you have a recording that needs to be converted before viewing," which is stuck at 0% ... presumably until I give full permissions, which I have. I desperately need this recording. It was an interview. Please help. thank you.

our problem: we do have a very weak internet connection via an antenna outside pointing to a mobile antenna „nearby“ (8km).. our upload ends up between 0,04 to 0,6 Mb/s. In 2021 talking about 5G this is really nothing! But that‘s life in germany 😉

My wife has to organize web meetings with zoom and somehow it works, even with her camera on. But when she tries to show a video to the customers it stops working: they just see a still image..

My question: would it somehow be possible to give zoom an external link to a video (be it on youtube or on our own webserver) and to let zoom play this video to the viewers? This way our restricted upload would not be a hurdle anymore because the webserver (or youtube) do have enough bandwidth 🙂

Just a thought, but I did not find anything in the documentation, so I guess it is not possible. But maybe I overread it?? Thanks for any input!

I want to run some virtual workshops with colleagues next year. In total we will run 10 separate sessions with a maximum of 20 people in each. 

Is there a way to set up all the dates in one meeting and then ask everyone to register so that when they click on the registration link, they have a list of all the dates and the can select the one they want to attend? Once we have 20 people registered for a date, i want it to either show as full or not appear as an option when others click on a registration link. 

Any ideas?

I have new macbook pro and migrated all files from my old macbook . I updated zoom to latest 64bit for mac silicon.

The audio system on my mac keeps crashing.

I have to kill the coreaduio process via the activity app to get zoom working again (or any audio)

Any ideas,. I've spoken with apple and zoom tech support with out much luck.
