Every time I enter someone else's zoom meeting, everything works how it should for the first few minutes. Then, my picture freezes but everyone else's picture is still moving and I can still hear everything. I can't click anything on the app and when I try to close out, it says the program stopped responding. This has been happening for weeks now only on my Dell laptop. I always have to log on through my phone. I tried restarting my lap top, updating, etc. This may not even be a zoom issue at this point. Does anyone have any feedback that could potentially help? Thanks!

I attempted to listen to a Zoom meeting using my PC Windows 10 speakers. I went to Open Sound Settings and clicked on OUTPUT Speakers. I do have a Headphone Earphone setting, but that is not the one that I clicked on. I clicked on Speakers, but regardless, the sound/audio was going through my earphones and not my speakers. After the Zoom meeting, I went to YouTube and had no problem hearing the YouTube video on my speakers. Could someone please explain to me what I need to do to listen to the Zoom meeting via my speakers on my computer rather than it defaulting to my earphones. Thanks for your help.

Passing along this simple instruction to those who might want it, after months of chat being unusable because text font was so oversized. 

Vor zwei Wochen änderte ich meinen Teilnehmernamen, weil wir anonym nur Vornamen benutzen sollten. Dieses tat ich über Teilnehmer - Umbenennen. Seit dem kann ich nicht mehr meinen Namen umbenennen, weil sich die Schaltfläche "Mehr" nicht mehr zeigt, sondern "Audio" unter Teilnehmer. Ich versuchte über mein Konto, aber da erscheint mein Name vollständig Name und Vorname. Gleiches gibt es wenn ich selbst die Konferenz als Host starte (gleiches da Vorname und Nachname). Aber wenn ich ein Link von anderen anklicke und nur Teilnehmer bin und kein Host, kann ich nicht mehr meinen Namen ändern. Warum ist das so und wie kann ich sonst meinen Namen als Teilnehmer umbenennen?

Hi, I conducted a virtual online renewal of vows ceremony today and pinned myself and the couple so our two video boxes would remain front and center, with guests at the top.

However, upon seeing the recording I was shocked to see it only showed me and the couple, but not the guests.

During a previous ceremony, Zoom recorded the guests video, but not their audio. This time it recorded neither (and I didn't change any settings).

Any advice on how I can get guests recorded after pinning the two main videos? I feel so bad for the couple.

As a Zoom admin, I see where I can allow only the host to download a recording, but I want to know if an individual account owner on our tenant would still be able to turn this functionality on and allow their participants to download the recordings, if need be. Basically it is set up now that anyone can download a recording at the global level (admin level), but individuals would need to disallow that functionality. I am hoping to do the opposite.

I used to share my video recording with many people, everything was just fine. But now it doesn't work anymore, my client can't view the video.

Why the link always change for the same recording? before it was the same link everytime i clicked to share.
