Hi there. On June 13, 2021, I hosted a zoom meeting with a client. I joined by PC; she joined by phone. I'm pretty sure I recorded the session. I went into my zoom account and there is no record of the meeting ever taking place, yet I have the zoom meeting invite details that she used to join the call. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Our default calendar is set to Google Calendar as the majority of our users use it. We've onboarded a subset of users into Zoom from our partner org. The partner org uses Office 365 Calendar. Is there a way to allow some users to configure Calendar Synchronization other then default Calendar (Google)? Thanks,

Using MacBookPro 2020, I am sharing slides as virtual background. When I record this, my video(face) is not being shown in the recording. I just see slides with audio. Can anyone please help me?

There are occasions when the participants are divided into different "factions" - such as during an online negotiation where we want to share internal terms of reference internally within a faction without sharing it with the other faction; etc... Is there a way do do this? Even if only for the host? Is there a way to use breakout rooms perhaps?
or we have a panel interviewing candidates - and the panel (individual Zoom participants) wants to confidentially share CVs of other candidates without showing it on screen to the current candidate being interviewed;

Sorry .. but two new user question to do with accepting invitations. I use OUTLOOK 2019, GOOGLE CALENDAR and WINDOWS 10. When I accept a Zoom Invite the invite goes straight to my trash folder.. and then vanishes when the trash gets emptied. The invite does not show up in my GOOGLE calendar.. Can I fix it so the invite stays in my inbox, just marked ad read.. and appear asa meeting in my GOOGLE calendar ? Many thanks in advance

We use it to communicate with customers, who are individuals in job search or career change. We use it for 1:1 meetings. And at times use it to address gatherings of candidates. Specifically, We use Zoom to help applicants practice for interviews.

We work in classes with many students from Africa and other places, where the internet connectivity is inconsistent. Is there any way to have break-out rooms be persistent through connection drops? Would be really helpful!
We usually create multiple (sometimes +20) 2-person break-out rooms for the participants to practice together.
Our job as coordinators is to visit each room and sort any questions that participants have, but most of our time goes on re-assigning people whose connection breaks to their original break-out room when they re-join.

Hello there, we are arranging an education with 1000 students for 14 weeks. It is private education, so we need to register each participant separately. For now, we send the registration link to our students, and they register through the link. Then, we manually approve each student on the zoom. What should we do to improve this system? How can we register 1000 people more effectively?

I am trying to use zoom livestream feature with Storm Streaming Server. I have set up Storm for this and sending stream from OBS to server works perfectly. But I could not connect it from zoom. Pic below. Please let me know if I am missing anything. Thanks,
