Hi,

I am unable to select the Virtual background with USB camera connected with desktop(even with checking the "I have a green screen" after applying the Virtual background the background is not able to apply clearly(like partial and scatters).

Same thing when i am trying with laptop with an integrated camera the VB is applied successfully.

Please suggest the solution for it

Hi. A friend  of mine had a meeting with another person was the Host. The Host sent my friend an email with a LINK to share the recording, and when I click on the link it says "This recording does not exist". The Host says they don't keep the recordings, so where does the error come from, and how can it be fixed?

last week  I recorded a zoom call but when I tried to send it to send it to someone, the recording disappeared and I now cannot find it. All that's left are two files: the audio_only.m4a and the playback.m3u. Can either of these be converted to receive again the missing zzom_0.mp4 file?

Could someone please let me know how to delete the last recording in Zoom? I mean: To start recording, I click "Record". After some time eg 5 minutes, I don't want to whole 5-minute-recorded part, so I would like to delete the whole 5-minute-recorded part. Is there a "Delete" button somewhere?

i have import latest sdk version 5.9 

I want to know how can I set a meeting that will allow participants enter the number of people attending that meeting using one device?  This is so because I  need to have a total number of devices connected and the total number of people who attended the meeting. 
I saw it with someone.
